Introduction
Big data and technology is called large rigid of their data that which belongs to their
customers in an organization. This is important for their business to support and maintain big
data and technology for growth and development in market. An organization needs to have a
developed good software for operations and functions handling that are related to big data
technology. In this report big data technology as well as its characteristics are explained. This
report also contains various challenges that are there in analyzing big data (Ahmed, Medhat
and El Shishtawi, 2020). Various techniques that are required and used and are available to
analyses big data are also explained within this report. This project also discusses the various
methods and different ways of big data technology that are there for supporting a business are
also there.

In this competitive world-wide when the technology equipments is increasing, big data
technology is developing and emerging and is to create a huge impact and effect on their IT
industries. The biggest examples of Big Data and technology are MongoDB, Redis,
Cassandra and many other. Storing and management of big data that are all related to
business organization are the main function of these technological software. Assessment of
different factors are main yet main function of big data technology and these factors are data
management and data storage and these are very important for growth and development of a
business organization and this also helps in developing synchronization of their big data
application. There are many big data technologies and are mainly two types of big data and
technologies, that are operational and analytical big data ant technology application is used
by management in their organization. Analysis and storing of big data in a very structured
and formatted way or method is yet another main work of IT department in an organization.
Big data technology also helps in increasing safe and secured operations and functions that
are important for an organization for growth and development of big data related operations
and functions. The big data technology is yet another important stage that is required for the
protection and securing of all sensitive and crucial data and information that is related to
customers (Cai, et. al. 2018). Success of an organization in market is also determined by big
data technology which plays a crucial role as it considers and gives priority to large and
unlimited data management in a systematic and precise manner.

 Volume of data- It is important for an organization to have and to develop precise
and systematic approach in handling and maintaining large amount of data of its
customers. The volume of big data is large and number of consumers are always
unlimited and too much high in multinational and national business organizations. For
handling of these large volume of data and information that is very important for an
organization, the responsibility of this lies with the highly trained and skilled
professionals.
 Variety of data- The variety of data is numerous and immensely large in big data
technology, and it is very important to maintain this big data in a very effective and
efficient manner. For transferring of data in a very systematic and précised way, it is
important to make sure that organization performs various tasks like management of
finance and also preparation of different business strategies (Chen, Ramanathan and
Alazab, 2021).
 Velocity of data- Velocity of data is known as the speed of data which transfers from
one source to another source. Velocity of data is always maintained and by advanced
software like Cassandra in the organization for easier handling. This is very important
for their organization to managed velocity of information regularly and
systematically to achieve success for business organization for longer time period.
The challenges of big data analytics
Big data is application which is used by management to managing and store important
data of their organization. Due to advancement of technology the organization of
management adopt this technology in their organization because they have to keep their
organization up to date but as much as technology used by organization then their risk is
also increased that if application is misused by anyone in organization then it will create
problem for the organization and sometime due to technical error the data will be removed
and they can't backup their data. This is will create a very big problem for the organization of
management that they will have to face many problems because they lost all their important
data. This problem is tackle by It experts that they have to solve this problem so that it will

not affect the organization (Gokulkumari, 2020). The primary challenges which management
of an organization have to face in Big Data analytics are explained below in brief:
 Data integration: In this management use big data and technology is taken
integration and consideration as leading problem which management of organization
have to face many problems when they use this application. In this it is become more
challenging for management to collect all crucial data form different and large
number of sources.
 Data complexity: When organization collect various data and then it is essential for
researcher that they have to overcome form this issue and practices. The data nature is
in complex in nature and rigid in there many cases which arise when they doing
research the researcher has to face (Inibhunu and McGregor, 2021). Data complexity
is having major problems and it also create a ethical duty of their IT experts of their
business when they handling the data complexity.
 Data security: In this application and advancement of technology management have
to face many problems in organization due to security purpose. There is risk that data
is misuse by someone and their personal data is leaked in public and they have to face
many challenges and data which is stored in application will be misused and
sometime the hacker hacks the application by applying application which is will
create a problem for organization that data will be misused (Peng and Ye, 2021). So it
is important for researcher that keep in mind when they research data and when they
store they have to keep secure about their security purpose then only store the data.

The techniques which organization have to analyses when they have to store big data in
organization are discussed below in brief:
 Data Mining: This a common tool which is used by organization to handle big data
analytics. The data mind set the and extract pattern which is used for large data set for
combining method from their statistics and machine learning with their data base
management (Poltavtseva and Kalinin, 2019).
 Machine Learning: In this Artificial Intelligence (AI) is involved in organization by
management to deal with various activity of the organization and this is very effective
for organization and this mainly related with their different dimensions of computer
science and algorithms.

 Statistics: The technologies which is process, manage and analyses entirely data of
organization by various and expansive field, that similarly which involves and they
developed them for their over time. The Techniques and technology aside any form or
size of data is valuable and it managed accurately.

data with the help of big data and technology (Shi, et. al. 2020).
 Customer engagement: In organization the customer is very important factor so
management have to keep their customer satisfy and they have responsibility that
manage all data of customer details in sequence. For example, ASDA which is a UK
multinational retail stores organization in which they achieves customer engagement
and satisfaction with the help of big data and technology.

In this report it concludes that how big data is affect the organization. The big data conclude
the technology based application which is used by management of organization. This have
both positive and negative impact in organization. Due to advancement of technology it

applicationis not secure because there data will be misused by third party and IT companies
