According to my viewpoint, a huge set of data evaluated by organizations with taking help of
smart computers to show the patterns as well as trends which are considered as a big data
analysis. I have observed that companies of telecom companies have had right to use too wide
bits of data with a huge base of their subscribers that are linking daily to their network and
services. Along with that, I have learned that with the help of big data strategy, companies can
attain huge competitive advantages in a significant manner.
Effectiveness and usefulness of learning program
I have observed the effectiveness of the research on big data in which I have learnt that there are
number of benefits of using big data analysis in telecom industries as it has been found from
previous assignment that the big majority of 77% telecom companies has adopted it and have
initiated schemes in the domains of sales and marketing (Fan, Han,and Liu, 2014). This practice
will facilitate many companies in telecom industries to increase the performance of the company
in an appropriate way (Domingue, et. al., 2015). I have analyzed that telecom companies are
entailed excess data volume for making more calls and concerning to internet by broadening
their voice business to broadband (Chen, Mao, Zhang and Leung, 2014). If I talk about the value
of this experience, I have found that the use of big data has increased day by day so it would be
helpful for me to understand the various concepts and factors of big data.

In this course, I have learned that the use of big data analysis is considered as the huge concept
and it is explained as high velocity, volume, a variety of information which is deemed as assets.

telecom industries. Along with that, I have observed that there are several sources by which data
is being gathered. According to my previous assignment, I have come to know that the use of big
data in telecom industries is huge as it allows to the company to identify the errors instantly
without making any mistakes. Along with that it has been found by me that it would be helpful to
decrease the cost of the telecom companies as it is able to decrease the burden on a company’s
entire IT landscape (McAfee, et. al., 2012). Along with that this learning experience will serve in
my future career as well because I will attain knowledge regarding the value of big data.
