Overview
According to my viewpoint, a huge set of data evaluated by organizations with taking help of
smart computers to show the patterns as well as trends which are considered as a big data
analysis. I have observed that companies of telecom companies have had right to use too wide
bits of data with a huge base of their subscribers that are linking daily to their network and
services. Along with that, I have learned that with the help of big data strategy, companies can
attain huge competitive advantages in a significant manner.
Effectiveness and usefulness of learning program
I have observed the effectiveness of the research on big data in which I have learnt that there are
number of benefits of using big data analysis in telecom industries as it has been found from
previous assignment that the big majority of 77% telecom companies has adopted it and have
initiated schemes in the domains of sales and marketing (Fan, Han,and Liu, 2014). This practice
will facilitate many companies in telecom industries to increase the performance of the company
in an appropriate way (Domingue, et. al., 2015). I have analyzed that telecom companies are
entailed excess data volume for making more calls and concerning to internet by broadening
their voice business to broadband (Chen, Mao, Zhang and Leung, 2014). If I talk about the value
of this experience, I have found that the use of big data has increased day by day so it would be
helpful for me to understand the various concepts and factors of big data.
Included point in the learning process
In this course, I have learned that the use of big data analysis is considered as the huge concept
and it is explained as high velocity, volume, a variety of information which is deemed as assets.

This course will facilitate me to understand the entire concept of the big data and its use in the
telecom industries. Along with that, I have observed that there are several sources by which data
is being gathered. According to my previous assignment, I have come to know that the use of big
data in telecom industries is huge as it allows to the company to identify the errors instantly
without making any mistakes. Along with that it has been found by me that it would be helpful to
decrease the cost of the telecom companies as it is able to decrease the burden on a company’s
entire IT landscape (McAfee, et. al., 2012). Along with that this learning experience will serve in
my future career as well because I will attain knowledge regarding the value of big data.
Learning process
In the learning process, I used the qualitative and quantitative method to gather the information
regarding the research topic. I have observed that there are some negative impacts of big data
which decrease the productivity of the employees and I got this knowledge by reading the
journal articles related to the big data. I found through the reading of journal articles that telecom
data has increased rapidly since the time of 3G as well as broadband. It would be helpful for me
to share my data onthe internet. It has been found by me with the help of reading journal articles
that the most difficult task in the project of data analytics is to identify the correlations among
the features and reveal out the relationship between the features (Bruns, 2016).
Role of business research in learning process
The role of business research in my research learning process was very helpful as it helped me to
gain the knowledge regarding what is the use of big data in the telecom industries. Along with
that, the description about how to reduce the barriers of big data analytics in the company was
made. Organizations will be benefited by using big data analysis for companies are that they

could build distinct image amongst its competitors as well as customer satisfaction. I have
learned through the business process that there are two sorts of investment in big data in which
the first one in investment in IT and other one areon top of recruiting new big data capabilities. I
got to know that it is necessary for Telecom Company to use these cases for developing the
productivity of the organization.
Explanation of learning process
Previous two assessments are being made to analyze the implication of big data examination in
terms of telecom companies. It has the potential of big data analytics to provide real-time
analytical in term of their services and products. It would be helpful for the organization to
encourage their sales by enhancing the production volume of most demanded products (Bughin,
Chui and Manyika, 2010). I did particular activities because in the first assignment I found the
depth information about the big data analysis in telecom industries and on the other hand I
grabbed good knowledge with the help of research methodology in which I learned how can I do
accomplish my tasks in which action plan was being prepared. Through this learning, I am able
to expand my understanding of primary and secondary data collection method. These techniques
could assist to get precise data with respect to the current research subject (Chen and Zhang,
2014).
Explanation of the plan
This learning will be applied in the future to increase the knowledge about the use of big data in
multinational companies so that they can attract a number of customers in easiest way without
investing time and cost in unnecessary things. I amplified my better understandings regarding the
statistical tools, which would be vital to get a reliable outcome. Along with that this research

study helped me to attain my professional and personal skills. In a future perspective, this
research strategy would be helpful to attain the positive outcomes in the context of the
organization. As, big data analysis is considered as an expensive platform but the outcomes
attained from this analysis are effectual by which the aims and objectives could be achieved
easily (Waller and Fawcett, 2013). According to my perception, business organizations are
needed to take sophisticated business structure for optimum use of big data analysis.
