Openness to experience- In the process of conducting my personality test it has been
analysis that, I am lacking in some traits in my personality such as I have scored low as a
traditionalist, I am not thinking practically , I am also scored low in terms of being down
to earth and I am not conservative which is good trait In my personality. It has been seen
in the report as I rarely prefer traditional outlook in solving any problem with that I am
also not good technically to find a solution of any complexity. Some the traits which I am
lacking are the traits that is needed in me as good human being but that doesn’t mean that
I did not possess any trait in my personality there has been some traits in which I scored
high marks such as I am open minded and takes things as they are, my mind is very
creative and I enjoy creating things and I am very experimental which proves that with
the experimenting new things I also create new ideas. Instead of solving problem
technically or practically I love to solve them I a creative way. Handling things creatively
develops many opportunities for me to grow whereas the traits in which I am lacking are
the aspects In which I am less interested. So as an overall analyses of am personality test
it has been concluded that in some areas I am very open to acquire new and creative
knowledge.
Conscientiousness- In the result of my personality test I evaluate my different traits and I
also get the knowledge about the traits and aspects in which I am not good at all and I
need to improve myself in it. So in the process it, it has been analyze that in the context
os working I am lacking my score in being spontaneous, I cannot work instantly I take
my time in the evaluation of the things with that the report sais that I am less
disorganized and my preference is to work flexibly and I like flexible plans instead of
rigid ones and lastly it has been noted that I as a person did not like precise details in my
work. In opposite to that it also state some good aspects of mine in which I scored good
marks which includes I am well organized in doing my work, I like to be in the discipline

when I am working, I am efficient I my work and did not things lightly as I prefer my
duties to be superior. In context of doing work I scored very high marks, that proves that
I am a workaholics , I enjoy my works with the strong sense of duty. With this
personality test it has been concluded that in terms of completing work I am very good at
it. But there is one quality in which I am lacking which is being spontaneous in which I
have to work on because grabbing things instantly sometimes very fruitful for the person
and brings set of opportunities.
Extraversion- It has been defined as the general ability of experiencing emotions
positively with many traits such being lively and enjoy being active. So in my report of
personality test it has been analyze that I am as a person is not reserved, serious, quiet,
likes to work alone and avoid my role in providing leadership. By these points it has been
concluded that I am lively person who loves to be around people and enjoy things by
being vocal about what I like or what I dislike, which is very positive sign in me as my
personality attracts people to interact. Whereas there are some traits in which I am good
at which includes I am a person who likes to outing with people, I treat everybody in a
friendly manner, I enjoy my direct leadership roles which proves that in communication
wise I am very effective because I interact with the people a lot. So from this personality
test it has been proves that I am very extraversion as a person. It also concluded from this
trait that I like to be the centre of attraction among the people as I enjoy a lot the
surrounding of others and I love the happy environment where everyone enjoys the
company of others and likes to be more vocal about the thought process.
Natural reaction – It has been describe as the my instant and real reaction when I am
facing some situation or I am experiencing some sort of emotions. These emotions can
be positive, negative, emotional and happiness. So in my report of personality test it has
been analyze that I am not easily get upset in the complex and stressful situation but with
that I am also not relaxed, calm and resilient in the stressful situation which is a negative
aspect in my personality. But there are some points in which I have scored more marks
that are I easily experience negative emotions and being anxious more than calm solve
the situation, I easily get upset over things and worry about small things. It has been
generated that in terms of my natural reaction I tend to react negatively more than
positively which is a bad sign and I needed improvement in my perspective of inhaling

emotions. Enabling myself open to the negative things brings negativity in my life which
is as an overall not good in my career because in future I will face situation which is
