INTRODUCTION
Innovation and commercialization are the most essential part of business as it helps to
enhance performance of companies. Every firm deal with innovation which leads their

consumers. The current report is based on Big-Belly company, who is known as leader of smart

tools use to protect, retain & develop knowledge and IP. It also clarified the ways firm can use to
overcome challenges faced while implementing and developing innovation.
