organizations and government agencies that are dedicated towards the assistance of individuals
with emotional instability (Andries 2009, 14). These programs are founded on the concept of
increased psychic health that allows the individual to adapt accordingly to personal demands
and social-environmental influences. These programs are normally offered by any healthcare
centre that has a psychological department; this allows any willing person with emotional issues
to check in and get the necessary help. Individuals are normally categorized into groups
depending on the level of medical help they require with dealing with emotional issues. If a
given participant has considerable problems managing his/her emotions over an extended period
of time; it is indicative that the person is suffering from emotional dysregulation (Rowe and
Fitness 2018, 20).
