The project plan has been completed and it has covered all the scopes set by the client. The
completion of the project would be based on the alignment of the activities as planned. The
project scheduled for starting on 28th May, 2018 would end around 6th May, 2019 (242 working
days). The project had covered several activities and the schedule has covered the development
of the software for bike chare database, GPS tracking, account management system, mobile/bike
interface app, and maintenance module. The project has numerous activities including the
travelling among the three cities of Brisbane, Melbourne, and Sydney. The completion of the
activities would allow the inclusion of the various holidays and weekend off. We can work on 24
hour shift for ensuring that the project is completed on time.
