throughout my life. As gates believe in proper planning and leadership commitment that makes
him a successful leader in world. Because of having some most important qualities, Bill gates
makes himself different person from others leaders.
Another important element which I opt from him is focus and caring for people. This is
also another essential trait which being a leadersa leader I must have. I must be focus on my
works because having strong concentration towards my work will definitely help to increase my
efficiencies and working performance. On the other side care for people is also essential because
to lead a team towards a goal is quite difficult, if I do not have a strong relationship and care for
them. So it is primary task which I must possess and this will also help me infor future
development and as Gates stated that 'My life would be incomplete if my energy and talent
cannot help to improve many lives and society” (Shamir and Eilam-Shamir, 2018). this proves
that working for others and taking take some steps towards a social change is a necessary key
aspect that every individual must have. I also learnt some technical and interpersonal skills that
help me to keep maintaining these relations in order to lead a team in an effective way.
Gates is a person who lack overconfidence and leads towards a success point which I
should also learn from him. Accept reality is one of the most important way that lead towards a
success and I also learn this trait from Bill gates. Overall, from Bill gates I adopt many positive

my future and lead me to attain my goals and objectives and even help me to become a good
