workplace. The chosen non-profit organization named Bill and Melinda foundation. All the
members of organization are providing the best health and wellbeing to the poor people. All
the employees who are working in the organization are best at motivating themselves to
provide the best care to the poor people. It provides the best services to the poor people in
various countries. Self-awareness is the best quality that is required by the employees to work
effectively without getting affected (Landry, 2018).
In addition to all these, sometimes it faces problems related to funding and work force.
Therefore, emotional intelligence is a technique that can help the existing member to work in
