drawbacks of this form of Technology are often interrelated and can highly affect the business
operational work.
The fragility and complication of construction work along with the risk and uncertainty is
that are involved form a major challenge for all construction management organisations. There
are also issues related to lack of intercommunication among the workers and management skills.
This can be overcome by the process of integrating the technology along with the work of human
training programs or management skill development projects. In many cases, it has been seen
that while gathering resources for infrastructure there has been a significant loss of time and also
due to lack of coordination among workers especially in the remote areas, the reputation of the
construction industry is often at stake. Advanced Computer based information management
system is implied within this process for managing complex level of information. The
application of BIM Have often allowed the project teams of construction management to deal
with the challenges that our earlier encountered in remote areas due to communication and
transportation issues. In earlier cases, miscommunication between workers and lack of clarity
caused huge amount of delay in the completion of project work. The application of building
information modelling, it is possible to minimise all forms of delay that are encountered by the
engineering workers in remote construction areas. The building of information modelling system
is highly essential in the current days to build a strong life cycle for every management
construction work.

The advantages of information management through building information modelling
It is very common for current day's construction works to encounter the issues related to
Information management. The effectiveness that is obtained with the implication of building
information modelling can be regarded as one of the best ways to deal with the challenges of
information management. Quantitative measurement of the flow of information along with the
qualitative data is used in the process of information management that are added by building
information modelling system. The emergence of building information modelling system has
provided enough smoothness in the flow of information that is needed in the purpose of design
and construction works. The databases that are used for this purpose help the construction
workers to have detail idea that ultimately help them to increase their level of expertise. One of
the major issues that are encountered in all types of information management system is due to the
fact that it is not possible to measure the flow of Information and correlate all the data that are
being transferred. This challenge can be overcome with the help of BIM, as it uses programming
software to interrelate major data related to construction project and thereby help to implement
solutions. It is also important to note that interpretation of the data system has helped in the quick
completion of major construction works. This is possible due to the fact that that time of
information processing could be significantly reduced with the application of BIM.
Conclusion
