This research project investigates the role of Building Information Modeling (BIM) in the construction sector, addressing its importance, challenges, and implementation strategies. The study uses a qualitative research approach with secondary data analysis to explore various themes, including BIM's contribution to the construction industry, its role as a standard framework for success, and its support for physical, financial, and human resources. The findings highlight that BIM is vital for effective planning, designing, and constructing, mitigating risks, and supporting sustainability and asset management. Challenges such as lack of expertise, awareness, and cooperation are discussed, with recommendations for developing a clear BIM roadmap and ensuring effective communication with clients. The research concludes that BIM is highly effective in the construction industry, offering support at every stage and helping to manage hurdles effectively.
