5.1 Introduction
This chapter describes about all the finding which are gathered after collecting relevant
information for reaching appropriate conclusion. It is going to discuss about best dimensional
technology which is helpful in minimising fall accidents. Further it will explore regarding high
rise construction which is considered as the major problem problem for site workers and its
future users. It also emphasize on some of the main topics which are going to be discussed in the
recommendations and further researches.
Main conclusion of the research elaborates about all the findings with specific validations
which ensures accuracy of actual construction site. Its content is mainly going to include
literature review, findings and methodology in the whole research (Eastman, 2018).
Along with this, recommendations will be provided for overcoming the limitation and
making whole research more effective. These recommendation are based on the whole
experiences which have guided researcher in finding out further different ways which can be
used in future. With the help of this, number of benefits can be gained by constructing industries
while performing tasks.
5.2 Main Conclusion
From the above mentioned research it has been evaluated that the Building information
modelling is considered as the effectively process which ensures workers safety in high rise
building construction in Australia. It has been evaluated that site manager can reduce the risk of
workers life and accidents by opting BIM models. In this research, investigators have opted
various industry reports, academic journals, article, conference paper etc. for the purpose of
collecting relevant information. It can be said usage of BIM model is beneficial for the

It has been analysed that BIM based methods are best safety methods in relation to the
traditional methods as it directly reduces the number of fall accidents at construction site. Usage

challenges which were faced while building high rise construction. It can be said that measurely
it can be prevented by planning effectively for the whole procedure of construction. For this, it

resisting different types of load like seismic loads, blast loads and impact load.
As per the observation, it has been evaluated that it is important to provide safe working
environment to the worker as it is helpful in maintaining trust of employee on the construction
firm. Government of Australia have made different laws which assures workers will be work
only in safe working and clean working environment as it is important for their life. It has been
evaluated that it essential to conduct training programs for the workers in which they are
guided, trained and supervised for their working pattern by taking safety measures. This directly

which will be beneficial in completing whole construction project in less time.
Along with this, construction industry have to formulate some new strategies so that
safety level for workers can be increased. In this regard, site inspectors can assign the work to
less attentive staff at ground floor or lower floor. Whereas higher attentive workers can be placed
at top floor as it is required by workers to be careful while working. It can be considered best
effective strategies which will reduce fall accidents of worker. As workers who works at top
story are more active and can take preventive action which will be beneficial in securing their
own as well as other workers at the time of accidents. It is suggested that some of safety training
session can be conducted for them which helps them in understanding their role in saving own
life.
5.4 Further research
The further research says that there are several limitation found while ensuring the safety
of worker and the data regarding new safety technology should be updated on time
(Ghaffarianhoseini and et. al., 2017). BIM tools always try to integrate the planning to safety
and simulation by doing surveys to collects the new data which helps in future development of
safety tools . For making worker safe and monitor them effectively regarding safety issues
various advanced techniques like 3d visualization,development of journey management
software,real time high speed data technologies are used which make the safety far better then
general one.

The different training program can be made to solve the safety issues but there is a
responsibility of the individual to take calculative risk in the field during work. According to the
above analysis BIM technology give the planning structures for constructing the high building
safely and there are certain case study regarding the safety planning to prove the quality of
work. BIM technology also provides their services to various kinds of project like
operations,manufacturing sector etc and BIM provide safety in all the stages of project.
