Bingo pet toys manufacturing Company can improve their business. The Company is
specialized in designing various types of gadgets such as dog, cat, rodent toys and bird and
different type of products. The Company has expanded its business by selling its product on
online websites. All the records related to the data were stored using the Excel spreadsheet.
However, the Company needs further changes in its system by introducing different types of
testing methods and strategies. However, the report discusses the ways that are required for
the system thinking, the different techniques related with maintenance and auditing and lastly
the conversion strategies, which need to be implemented into the Bingo pet toys project.
Testing

Bingo Pet Toys Company is a start-up company they have no scope of making an
error while implementing different software in their testing system. The new software that
will be implemented needs to provide benefits to the organization (Bain, 2017). System
testing will help in testing the entire system completely. This method helps in the production

users by providing adequate information. It reduces and rather helps in eliminating the risk
related to the storage of the data and leakage of the data. However, the IT audit is one of the

can be implemented. Microsoft Access is one of the best tools that can be used in the
management of the database, which helps in handling the different excel spreadsheet and its
related issues. The access of Microsoft is an addition that will help the employees, as they are
already familiar with the different kinds of Microsoft products. It will export the details of the

of specific advantages and limitations (Gerasimov & Gerasimov, 2015). It is important to use
such a method, which helps in gaining maximum profit. The testing process introduced
within the Company helps in the improvement of the work process and reduces the error. The
methods are eco-friendly, and the staff can easily use it. It ensures that whether all the
requirement of the system is fulfilled or no. However, too much time is needed for this
process. At times, there are many problems while detecting errors in the new system, which is
implemented. It is the best strategy that can be implemented within the Company.
Ways in which Conversion was applied to the Bingo Pet Toys Project and Issues
The parallel method of Conversion can be used in the Bingo Pet Toys project where
both the new and the old information systems need to be operated together for a specific
duration (Willcocks, 2013). After the implementation of this method, the results are

due to the rise in the market and demand various new process and systems need to be
introduced into the system. The system is required, as it will help in improving the business
and help Bingo Pet Toys achieving efficiency by fulfilling the demands of the customers. The
system must be capable of handling different types of data and must track the different data
related to both products and the employees (Stark, 2015). Currently, the Company is using
different types of excel spreadsheet which are destroying the reputation of the business in the
