Human resource planning of Biotech Company will allow the company to plan and
maintain a stable supply of knowledgeable and skilled employees. This is also known as the
workplace planning. This process will help the company to evaluate the requirements of the
company and plan accordingly to fulfill those needs. This paper will talk about the Human
Resource Planning of Biotech Company in order to establish its new product which is
assisted by the Executive Director.

Human Resource Planning
Human Resource Planning should be flexible enough to overcome the short-term
challenges of the staffs. It also strategies the ideas to changing conditions for business
environment in the longer-term. Human Resource planning is done by assessing and auditing
the present capacity of the human resource (Armstrong & Taylor, 2014). The challenges that
disturb the structure of the organizations are employees falling sick, going on a tour or getting
promoted. HRP makes sure that there is balance if these challenges of the workers and the
job. The objective of the Human Resource Planning are-
1. To attract skilled and knowledgeable employees.
2. Selection, training and rewarding the employees.
3. Coping up with the absences and handle conflicts.
4. Promoting the employees (O'Meara & Petzall, 2013).

requires specific needs in order to narrow the supply of the labors versus the future demand.
Biotech Company after recruiting the employees should provide proper training in order to
give an in depth knowledge of their respective plans. Evaluation after every task will keep the
employees motivated to perform better. Regular feedback from the employees about their
respective jobs, their fulfillment of demands, job satisfaction, and understanding of the job
will provide a wider picture to the employer to know its employees better. Departmental
manager give feedback on the work done by the new employees (Stone & Stone 2013).
