This project delves into the complexities of bipolar disorder, a prevalent mental health condition characterized by mood swings, and its significant impact on individuals, society, and the economy. The project highlights the challenges faced by those with bipolar disorder, including disruptions to sleep, employment, and social interactions. It also addresses the economic burden, such as increased healthcare costs and reduced labor productivity. The proposed solution focuses on a collaborative framework between the state government and local health practitioners to improve patient management. It also emphasizes the need for research into medical interventions and early identification of the disorder to improve the quality of life for patients and reduce the economic and social burdens. The project also stresses the importance of addressing unemployment among individuals with bipolar disorder through human rights advocacy and improved employment opportunities.
