punishment to those who misuse this and spread information which is very confidential for any
company. So it has been seen that due to improper regulations police is unable to take any action
but due to the favour of media more and more people have known about Bit coins and therefore
in many countries rules and regulations have been established for Bit coins so that if anybody get

background of Jean. It is the responsibility of the management that they must check where she
was working before and why she has left the job so background verification is very important
part of any organisation and the management of this company do not go through this process and

disadvantage is that Bit coin is totally new in the market and even financial intelligence not have
any type of experience in dealing with crypto currencies and therefore they were unable to find
out whether gene has shared corporate secrets or not? So improper Regulation and management
failure has become one of the biggest disadvantage of this entire case study and with the help of
proper evidence police can find out whether gene has committed any crime or not.
