tools is important in that case to understand their feeling and emotions that persuaded by
employees. There are some innovative communicative tools are there that need to be
implemented in the organisation so that effective changes in communicating and evaluating
of process implementation will happen in a better way. The intranet is one of the strongest
processes that an organisation may include in their workplace and that has the optimum
internal opportunity for employees to interact with them. The chat room, private and group
messaging is also important to understand the state of mind of the employees and to extract
the reason behind the job, the employee is doing. Some of the severe problems arise in the
organisation and that needs constructive discussion to mitigate this. In that case, discussion
forums in the organisation are needed to be implemented so that effective decision can be
