Social media networking plays a very crucial role in professional as well as personal life of the
individual. Furthermore, Social media networking plays a very important role in creating
communication channel within the entire organization and its components. Communication can
be explained as the act or process of exchanging the information or data through verbal or
written communication. It may involve transferring of meaning from one individual to another so
it is important to having involvement of two individuals in the communication process (Wolny &
Mueller, 2013).
It has been analysed that Qantas Company is facing the issue of poor communication that will
lead to low productivity, insufficient outcomes, poor consumer satisfaction and low morality.
Due to increase in competition, it becomes necessary for the organization to communicate with
their stakeholders in an effective manner.
Causes of poor communication
Poor communication will lead to poor relation within the organization and employees or
consumer’s that will lead to unfriendly business and working environment that is having a direct
impact on the productivity of the organization. Due to the poor communication channels in
Qantas airlines, the employees are reciprocated to their feelings. Slightly to deal with the impact
of poor communication the organization needs to understand the causes (Cao, et. al., 2012). The
main causes of poor communication in Qantas Company are as follows:
