culture (Bernstein and Et. Al., 2020). The students also go to foreign to carry on their higher

to achieve future career goals.
MAIN BODY
What have you learnt about yourself from this conversation?
I am able to understand that all the students are different from one another if measured in
age, gender, cultural background. I am able to understand that I am different but we all as student
have common approach to learn. I want to enhance my skills and knowledge by studying
effectively. I belong to different culture then the colleagues. I am a person who values diversity
and do not discriminate on any ground. I believe that all the humans are equal and want to
achieve the desired goals of studying. This conversation has made clear that I have good
communication skills that will help me to interact with others properly. This is necessary to get a
good job in future. I will always respect diversity and will work effectively with others.
What specific theoretical concepts from this module give you the greatest understanding of your
own approach to Diversity & Inclusion?
There were different theories and concepts that are covered under Diversity and Inclusion. It
is important to study all of them and are of great importance. I am able to understand that the
individuals are diverse from one another but it is important to work together with inclusion. After
the study of Hofstede model, in am able to know about different dimensions in all the country’s.
The culture of the nations is different form one another. Some nations are more powerful than
others (Joshi and Et. Al., 2020). The approach of business is also different in all the nations.
Some nations believe in individualism and others are collective. It is necessary to respect the
working culture of all the nations. The learning level of the students is different and at the same
time all the study pattern is also diverse.

My approach to diversity and inclusion is simple and I respect the people of different
nations. For me all the students who are studying with me are equal. I believe that all the students
must be given equal opportunity so that all of them are able to learn. It is necessary to
communicate with all the students so that there are no chances of miscommunication and get
misunderstandings (Mitchell and Et. Al., 2020). There is need of working in teams and
developing relations with the students. The team work is carried effectively when diverse
students work together as the work is completed with skills and knowledge of all the students.
This approach helps me to achieve the objectives on right time and in effective manner.
What competencies, skills and qualities will be most critical for you to achieve your future career
goals in a VUCA world?
There is need of various skills that are required to achieve career goal in Volatility,
Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity World. There is need of having competency to face the
risk at the time it takes place. I want by career as business analyst and there is need of skills and
qualities that will help me to overcome all the barriers that might take place. This will help to
overcome the risk effectively. The problem solving skills is necessary to work in the complex
world so that situations and problems can be solved effectively. There are various problems that
take place among employees and a business analyst must have capability to solve the issues
among them. The coordination and cooperation with others is one of the necessary quality
required to achieve success (Jimen and Et. Al., 2019). This helps to build relation with others and
complete all the work in time and is one of the most required qualities of business analyst. The
top five VIA Character Strengths that helps me are hope, gratitude, teamwork, humility, and
fairness that will help me to achieve career goals as business analyst. These are necessary to
achieve and develop competency. It is necessary to develop relations with all the people around.
There are various uncertainties and problems that can take place at the time of working in VUCA
