Executive summary
This report has covered information regarding various elements that are used for growth
and development of effective team with firm. It has describes about strength and weakness of
particular individual while working as team so that common objectives can be achieved. The
report has also reflection about what skill, knowledge and capacity those are required in
individual to effective work as team with organisation.
INTRODUCTION
Understanding individuals and organisations can be understood as one of the most crucial
interconnected topic which is experienced from academic learning by students. This report
explains various parameters in team allocation and initial assessment an individual faces while
working under leader and the role of diversity. Report further discusses team building essentials,
how individuals can enhance skills among teams for further progression in their profession.
Team allocation and initial assessment among individuals
Individuals working with teams for various assignments in professional and academic
careers as allocated by leaders gain various functional experience and fundamental skills through
which higher efficiency is achieved. Individuals while working with colleagues and peers are
able to gain huge experience of strong communicative skills, interpersonal skills and build
confidence among people to actively perform various tasks. These facts explain i while my initial
assessment while working under supervisors gained various new knowledge and research
capabilities which have helped me in gaining huge prolific experience during building my
academic careers. Initial assessment explained me that i have various weaknesses and strengths
which will aid me in gaining huge efficient skills in my career through gaining teaching from my
supervisors. The team allocation is also fundamental task which has changed my perspective to
use my potential skills and program my talents towards enhancing further the various skills
(Häkkinen and et.al. 2020). I gained various expertise towards reproductive talent enhancement
and building various fundamental skills through which i gain diverse knowledge to work under
dynamic people and changing various conditions which are highly evolving. Diversity of peers
and team mates have enabled me in bringing forward various vital arenas of skills which needs to

be developed further for strong efficient completion of goals. The team allocated tasks given by
my supervisors helped me in gaining employability skills , productive learning and researching
ability on various topics through which higher gaols can be achieved for higher focus towards
academic career, professional experience and strong determination towards functional efficiency.
Initial assessment by leaders among other peers helped me in highly leveraging various
potentialities through which various other research targets given to us developed me. These skills
gathered me insights on to take more participative actions towards diverse building of skills and
keenly addressing various new problems which i faced during my studying period
(Demirören,Turan and Taşdelen Teker, 2020).
Team building
Team building is highly important topic and fundamentally the most important concern
which build an individual strengths competitively strong for higher goals and strengths in the
professional career. Team building enhanced my commitment skills , respect towards fellow
team mates and various other functional elements developed my horizons towards how i can
train my potentialities to further levels. These skills and vision development evolved me variably
in various fundamental horizons through which i learned various potentialities through which i
was successful in working towards my given tasks. Team building functionally developed my
various working skills through cooperative actions among each other. Team building among
diverse team mates functionally programmed my abilities to keenly address various problems
which i faced in my initial days of working for various university assignments given to us by
leaders. These functional research abilities among teams gained various potentialities to work
better with the gained experience which will aid me in engaging in more projects and
assignments (Al-Najar and et.al. 2019).
Developing an effective team is a difficult task as leader has to coordinate work of
different individual towards common objectives. Leader of effective team needs to understand
ideas, views and preference of each and every individual for achievement of team goals.
Therefore as per my view to effectively build a team that are various steps that need to be taken
such as ensure that each and every individual trust each and other so that they can easily
communicate with each others (Raymond and et.al., (2019)). Trust helps in building strong
relationship between each other and encourages various individual to work perform their best so
that team can achieve its desired goals. Continuous communication and discussion among group

member helps in building strong team that can face different challenges. At the same time
effectively utilise various opportunities that are available in the external environments. Team
building activity helps in motivating and influencing each and every individual to share their
innovative ideas, view regarding specific topic so that best performance can be given. Clearly
define roles and responsibilities among team member helps in effective coordination and
cooperation and build effective team that work together for accomplishment of desired task
(Vincent & Maxwell, (2016)). Open and transparent communication between team member
helps in creating a felling of belongingness and good working environment where every
individual can put their best so that team can gain competitive positioning. As per my view team
building activity helps in increasing creatively among each and every individual because every
person think out of the box. It helps in effectively planning of various plan and strategy that can
be used to assign different roles and responsibilities to each team members. Problem solving is
another skill that is developed during effective team building activity that helps different
individual to suggest appropriate method to solve problem (Carmichael, (2018)).
Analysis and Reflection
As per above analysis and discussion there are various roles that need to be played by team
leader such as assignment of roles, understanding view, ideas of different individual and using
innovative method to motivate and influence team member. Each team member should take
active part within group so that task can be performed within limited time and efforts. As per my
analysis Trust is the most important base that helps in developing strong and effective team as
each and every individual openly and easily share its ideas, view to another (Souto-Otero,
(2016)). I have also learnt from above analysis that single individual cannot perform various
things or doest have every skill therefore working as team helps in sharing of each other
knowledge, skills and talent. I can also improve my performance through enhancing my
communication skill and problem solving abilities as it will helps me to provide new and
innovative methods to solve particular problem. At the same time helps me to effective exchange
various information and distribution of each and every task so that better and qualitative work
can be done in future professional practice. I have learned that various skills and knowledge that
are present in me such as effective decision making, adapt to various changes and effective
manage time so that each and every task can be performed within limited time (Sinnema & Stoll,
(2020)). From the above report various skills and knowledge that are required in each team

member such as delegation of work, acceptance of responsibilities and problem solving abilities
so that various challenges can be easily meet. I should also developed good listening and
understanding skill so that I can easily learn to understand each other views and ideas. It will
help me to contribute in effective team building achievement of common objective of team
(Gopinath, (2019) ). At the same time I am also thinking to develop leadership skill so that I can
easily coordinate individual goals and responsibilities toward completion of specific task.
CONCLUSION
From the above report it can be concluded that each individual contribute high in growth and
development of effective team. It can also be explained that delegation of work and various
authority helps in effective performance of each individual. Last it can be concluded that trust is
most important characteristics that helps in building strong and effective team.
