Reflective journal
It is a good way to learn about the strengths using different types of processes
including the Clifton Strength survey. It provides better outcomes about a person to create
new skills in them based on their strengths. I learned that strengths can be used for problem-
solving and professional development. I learned about my strengths that provide me the
power to manage hurdles in my life in terms of personal and professional. Strengths can be
managed for managing different types of things. Besides, the reflective journal can be used
for managing all the things in the professional and personal development (Bassot, 2015). I
have used this survey because I want to know about my strengths and I have been completed
this process with my coach. My coach name is Andrea Gonzalez, which has guided me about
this technique. I have completed this work at 3:00pm on 15 April, 2020.
I was surprised form the skills that were provided by the test, as I have used a few
strengths in my professional work as well. These are my strengths Responsibility, Positivity,
Self-Assurance, Relator, and Achiever. I learned that I am responsible for my work always,
as a leader is always responsible for their work in case of failure as well. Moreover, I learned
that positivity is my strength that helps me in the various critical situation in my professional
life as well as personal works. Besides, self-assurance is a good thing for a better career and
social life. It makes me more talented in my professional work. Relator is another strength of
mine, as I always build personal relations in my workplace to work as a team. It will make a
huge impact on my work as well. Moreover, I have good stamina to achieve my targets with
deadlines. It provides me more strengths to complete my work as well. The reflective model
can be used for improving strengths and other skills (Brown, 2018).
I was surprised by these skills in me, as positivity provides me the strength to manage
my works. Most of the things can be managed using all the processes. Also, reflective
practices make me more positive towards my professional development. It improves my
knowledge as well, which is useful for my professional development. In addition, there are
many good chances in the basic processes using reflective practices (Fook, 2010).
Professional development is necessary for me because it will provide better
opportunities for me in the future as well. I will work as a manager using all those strengths. I
learned that self-awareness is necessary for professional development. Moreover, my talents
have used for professional development. Besides, most of the strengths can be used for

managing different types of services. It is an important part of professional development to
use strengths for managing skills. Reflective practices are useful for the company
(Hargreaves & Page, 2013).
I have faced challenges in mangling expenses in a crisis. It is difficult for me to
manage all the processes using various approaches and my talents. It will provide me
strengths to achieve my career goals. It is necessary to develop reflective practices for
managing all the processes (Johns, 2017).
Reflective practices are necessary for managing professional development (Moon,
2015). It is possible to manage all the processes using reflective practice. Most of the things
can be used for managing professional development (Johns, 2017). I learned about the
various talents in me that is helpful in professional development. Most of the strengths can be
used for managing career development. I can manage critical situations using my talents as
well. Most of the things can be better using these strengths as well.
Furthermore, positive thinking is used for handling critical situations as well. A most
import part of this survey and process is providing strengths of mine to take better
opportunities in the future as well. It will provide help into management of expenses in the
critical situation as well. Finally, there are many opportunities in the market that can be taken
using talents as well.
