Self-awareness is a critical tool in analyzing the various level of competency that rises in
the professional fields of the various individuals. The attribute of self-awareness in this respect is
very crucial in the evaluation of the self-awareness of the individual in comparison to others in
the society. The parameter of remaining self-aware also helps to evaluate the various levels of
the different intellectual levels prevailing in the societies at a certain level of competency among
them. The evaluation of the self-awareness level also results in the evaluation of the limitations
of the individual along with their strengths in order to result in the most impactful effect on the
realization of an individual’s realization of the worth.
In the first parameter, that is, the evaluation of the individual awareness I have scored an
8 /10 which reflects a medium grade in the scoring pattern of the different individuals. This
moderate score indicates that I have a moderate sense of the evaluation of my self-awareness
attribute at the various situations and similarly at various other situations I have failed to analyze
the situations in the effective manner.
The second criteria of the self-evaluation pattern is the self-management criteria where
my score is 2/10 . The criteria for self management will reflect the various levels of the
competencies that will be used in /the evaluation of the different attributes which includes the
awareness patterns of the different organizations in the framework of the decision making
frameworks. The assessment of the self-management patterns also reflects the parameter of the
different forms of responsibility and the patterns of adaptability according to the different
dynamic situations that the individuals have to face. The tool of self-management has also
highlighted the various adaptability measures of the process for achieving the success.
My score is 4/10 which is a quite low score and that indicates that I possess the capability
in the low management in the less diverse form. The cause of the law score in the various

disruptive context of emotions include the attributes that enhance their various opportunities of
the diverse situations. The lower score also reflects that I will possess very less adaptability in
conforming to the different forms of the various internal standards which exist in the comparison
with others.
The other pattern for evaluation is the social awareness parameter of self-assessment.
The level how much the society is aware will evaluate the various level of competencies that will
determine the self-analysis of the different individuals along with their different levels of
empathy that will determine the ability to analyze the various sections of the different forms of
organizational approach for life in the construction of the different decision building frameworks
that prevails in our society.
My score in the last parameter is 5/10 on the parameter of the social awareness level.
This score reflects a medium level of score in the context of the adaptability to the different
social awareness patterns. This medium score also reflects in various situations though I am able
to analyze the needs of the individuals in a society but in certain other situations I fail to do so.
Finally in the last self-evaluation parameter I have been scored on the parameter of
relationship management criteria. The relationship management criteria includes the various
attributes of the visionary leadership skills and the different ways to enhance the ability of the
feedback mechanism among the various individuals.
My score has been very low in this criteria. I have just scored a 1/10 in this parameter
which reflects that in most of the situations I remain incapable in handling the various
relationship factors that is associated with the other members of the society. The score also

reveals that at most of the situations, I fail to manage the conflicts that take place between the
different sections of the society.
