Scope
A professional development program that will include a staff of retail sales will be developed
and delivered across many retail outlets in the region of Tasmania and Victoria.
Vision
The vision of BizOps is get recognition from customers as a manufacturing and retail pioneer
of certain exclusive products.
Mission
The primary mission of the company is to develop its own brand and providing its customers
with great quality as well as innovative services and products. The mission of BizOps is
supported by certain aspects. It aims towards meeting and fulfilling the changing demands of
its customers and delivering personalized and quick services to them. The company looks
forward towards hiring the best staff for its operations, which is both, professional as well as
enthusiastic towards their jobs. BizOps aims to provide clean environment friendly products
and services to its customers. For such, they have adopted work practices that are sustainable
and have undertaken consistent improvement in their business operations and processes.

For BizOps, their customers are the most vital part of their business, so they always aim at
providing the best customer service. The staff and people are their pillars of success. The

Objectives
BizOps would meet its commitments by the contribution of the proposed program of
professional development. BizOps also has certain corporate liabilities as a PCBU under
significant work safety and health legislation. This would include a responsibility of caring
about its customers and providing them with first aim and medical services if needed.
Key Stakeholders
The key stakeholders of the company would include the project management team, the
Victorian Training and Development Coordinator, who would play the role of Project

Manager, and the Training officers. The training officers would include Bentley Grattan, who
is the Senior Training Officer of VIC/TAS, Darcy Nills who is the also a Training Officer of
VIC/TAS, Chris Wilkinson who is a secondary retail training specialist, Judy Prlic who is
also a retail training specialist and is positioned on the basis of a contract, and finally the First
aid trainer who is positioned to be contracted or outsourced. The training officers would
report to the Human Resource Manager, Gina Harris.
Line of authority
Sayo Yoshida, who is the Managing Director of the Human Resources will approve the scope
statement; Gina Harris, who is the Human Resource Manager, will approve the changes in the
project; Gina Harris will also approve the financials of the project; finally, Bentley Grattan,
who is the senior training office of VIC/TAS will accept and approve the deliverables of the
project.
