INTRODUCTION
Innovation plays very significant role in every organisation, this is because, it helps the
venture to attract and retain large number of customers. Other than that it helps the venture and
their employees to make their operations easy and less time consuming so that they can be come
effective and efficient in conducting their activities. BizOps is going to develop an application
for shopping which helps the tablet user and phone user to place the order in most easy manner.
The firm is going to enhance themselves at e-commerce websites so that they can increase their
sales by taking different orders online. The report is going to cover the project implementation,
company;s business plan, organisational operational plan, organisation charts, risk management
policy, risk management procedures, risk management plan, progress report etc.
Task 1
Key purpose of innovation
Innovation is key aspect of the organisation which helps them to enhance their customer
base, profitability, productivity etc. It is being known that there is huge competition in the
market where BizOps have large number of competitors. In order to gain competitive advantage,
firm need to differentiate themselves from the others. In order to attain the same, firm need to
innovate themselves time to time. The key purpose of innovation is to develop an application for
online shopping which helps the customers to place their order with the help of their tablets and
mobile.
Background context of the project
The Key goal of the project is to find the ways by which organisation can develop their
shopping application, retail and promote their shopping application, implement it to the small
areas, monitor and then make changes to their shopping application so that they can help their
customers to place order from their application rather to visit the store and buy the products.
Nature of the project is innovation where firm is going to launch a shopping application which
will be having different feature by which people can easily understand the usage of application
and make their demands and order with the help of that application (Boer and Gertsen, 2017).
The project is going to cover the different smart objectives, key deliverables of the project, how
the application is being creates, how the application is being integrated with the different system
of the organisation, different ways by which firm can retail and promote their shopping

and maintain the application, what will be different resources that will be needed to implement
the plan. Other than that the report is going to cover the different types of risk that are associated
