Introduction
This report will discuss about the recommendations that must be provided in order to
increase the quality of the products and retain the clients. Discussions of the key issues that
are present in the manufacturing department of BizOps Enterprise will also be stated in this
report.
Organizational learning
Learning needs of the relevant personnel of BizOps Enterprise varies as per the
responsibility of the employees. Educating the clients to understand the features of the
products that are manufactured by the BizOps Enterprise [4]. In case the clients are unable to
understand the method of using the product, user satisfaction will gradually decrease.
Implementation of the web-based service provisioning must also be learned by the employees
of the BizOps Enterprise. This will increase the efficiency of the post sales explicit s
management. Having Tacit and explicit knowledge is an added advantage as with the help of
this terminology the employees can perform better management of the projected data
transaction in a more precise manner. For human resources training as per the management of
the system must be done. In this SME’s must be included for training provisioning [5].
Additional training must be provided to the employees who are related to the financial
section. This specified training can be provided with the help of the operational priority. This
section will ensure the projection of the business profitability and this is the reason that the
management of the project will get performed in a better manner. In case of training
provisioning to the employees regarding the physical resource’s usage of proper coaching and
training with the help of training materials must be used. Usage of the classroom-based
training, syndicate project work and workgroup activity training must be made. With the help
of these methods’ implementation of the training modules that are stated above will be

prosecuted. For monitoring of the training of the employee’s usage of both formal and
informal methods will be used. Usage of shadowing technique will also be beneficial for the
proposing of the training schedule. Using of formal qualification assessment technique will

For understanding the managerial prosecution of displaying of management efficiency
in training aspect includes evaluation of the audit, implementation of new legislation as per
the requirement of the project. This will ensure better management of the significant risk
management proposition. This is the main reason that the understanding of the project
management will be performed with higher efficiency with the help of the standardization of
the risk. This ensures decrease in confusion of the task approach. Limiting the total number
of the policies as per the determinants of the company. Understanding the legislative

Limited and patchy adoption of the system is one of the major issues in the commencing of
information management of BizOps Enterprise [1]. The main strength of BizOps Enterprise is
that openness towards innovation is very high. This is the main reason that the products that
are manufactured are creative in nature. The supply management of BizOps Enterprise is also
very efficient in nature. The purchase risk level is also low. Providing proper incentives
structure to the employees of BizOps Enterprise will motivate the employees to take
responsibilities of the planning and complex tasks that are to be performed by them.
Recommendations
Recommendations that are to be followed are as follows: -
 Involving the staffs in designing the usable software

 Developing working groups and performing formal and informal team meetings.

From the above discussion it can be stated that after following the recommendations
that are stated in this report BizOps Enterprise can restore the goodwill that they initially had
and continue the business proceeding in abetter manner. BizOps Enterprise has been a
national retail business organization that ensures better and specialized services to the clients
with respect to diverse propagation of products. BizOps Enterprise has over 150 retail and
online outlets. A total of 1300 staffs work in BizOps Enterprise, both part time and full time.
