 The purpose of the report statement is to provide the appropriate and clear information to the
management regarding the survey on digital services used by the population in MerryVille which
easily interprets, analyze and summarize the findings of the information (Qiong-fanga, and
Hongb, 2011).
The main objective of the report planning statement is to give the overview of the situation of the
MerryVille location. The overall reports give the Demographic information and Educational facility
statistics of the particular location that management needs to analyse the data easily and conclude the
findings of the report in a precise manner (PMW, 2017). The format of the report style is clear and it
