INTRODUCTION
In every organisation, their main motive and objective is to obtain maximisation of profit
with the optimum utilisation of resources. In regard of this, to be successful and remain in
business , both profitability and growth are important as well as it is necessary to survive and
remain attractive to customer and investors. In attaining the same, there are two main key drives
i.e. best quality of product and effective attitude of employees towards customers which leads an
organisation to attain high proficiency ratio (Bernon, Cullen and Gorst, 2016). Therefore, an
effective sales growth bridge the gap between potential customer needs and the products or
services which an organisation offers to satisfy client demands or interest. This report is based on
BizOps enterprise which is situated in Australia and they operate 150 retail outlet as well as
online services. However, they undergoes with an issue that its customers are not satisfied with
their company's services which impacts its sales growth. In this assessment, develop a company
business plan to integrate retail outlet with online sales as well as provide best solution to
improve overall performance of company.
1. Company Business Plan
Every organisation desires to sustain in the marketplace for longer period of time in order
to gain competitive advantage, for that an impressive and productive sales plays a key role in
building of loyalty and trust between customer and business. In current scenario, there is high
level of competition among companies which directly impact firm's decision making as well as

and to create a integration between retail outlet and online sales, they develops a company

BizOps main goal is to improve their sales growth by 15% and become the lead retailer
for green and sustainable solution among Australia competitive marketplace with a high and best
quality of products and services to retain their customers. In attaining the same, they should
provide detailed and accurate information about company on their website so that customers
don't get confused and hold back themselves from buying a product from BizOps enterprise.
Moreover, they should provide same pricing for product in retail outlet as well as in online in
order to tackle the issue of miscommunication by employees to customers.
