The report aims to talk about how the company is transform using digital innovations. In the
modern world, the digital technology is being a way to make money from using various
application and software which serve great experience to the customers. The companies are
changing their business model so using AI, block change cloud computing and Data Analytics
which help them to work effectively and scale business at global level (Li and et.al., 2021). This
report is going to discuss about the BJSS Company which was founded in 1993 in UK. It
provides digital transformation services using embracing technology and software. The report
will provide inside about how the topic is important and contributed from past to present
transformation.

The topic of Technology is to use AI, block chain, cloud computing and Data Analytics is
contributing into transformation of company. This topic is important in order to grow and on
high revenue in the current competitive market. In the era of e-commerce everything is selling
digitally which require high intensity and quick services for the customers. Therefore AI and
Cloud Computing are two non best software with provide automated services that reduce site
time and enable quick responses for better customer satisfaction.

The artificial intelligence is developed before the cloud computing which has changed the
digital concept. The AI was first introduced in 1956 at that mouth college. AI was rise in 2010
and falls to which has gain increment through bringing many investments through Universities
and institutions. In past years the industries were not using AI Technology but later on it has
become necessity for every institution full stop apart from this the cloud computing is also came
under use in 1996 which is first used by Amazon in 2006 (Ting, Carin, Dzau and Wong, 2020).
Therefore, the BJSS company is used all these services to provide software for the different types
of companies like Healthcare, public sectors and retail. The AI has taken many interventions

services are integrated with cloud computing which provide applications environment.

The AI, cloud computing and Data Analytics is used for providing user generated
experience through giving automatic solutions of people problem. The AI involves two

of this structure creates Cloud Computing which generates a space s similar as human brain. This
software help in providing data and information which is generated by users and how they think
and take actions is all comes under data analytic (Vargo and et.al., 2021). AI is significantly used
for Rapid data analysis which took lower cost in generating data and information. The BJSS use
the solution in order to provide more strategic platform to complete Complex and repetitive task
in easy manners and increase productivity and performance without involving any human
indulgence.

that uses the latest technology to carry on their work in market. The company provides solution
to the millions of people on every day basis (Marusin, Marusin and Ablyazov, 2019). The focus
is on digital transformation and engaging the users in new reality. They use dynamic technology
that platforms that are valuable at the present time. The old and new theories in business and
management are as follows:
Decision Making Theory: The focus is on how rationally individuals should behave under
risk and uncertainty. It is necessary to analyse the situation and take effective measures. It is a
framework that assist the organisation to take decisions regarding latest technology that they
must use. There are some problems that are faced by the company and that can be solved through
digital technology (Whitelaw and et.al., 2020)

help to deal with the complex situation. It is necessary to know about the options that are
available in market. In this digital world, there are new software’s and techniques that are being
designed to carry on the work. Management employs each strategy in accordance with the
situation's requirements. The three most essential variables that affect business management and
structure are the scope of the organisation, the technology employed inside the organisation, and
