Blackburn is well connected by a number of bus and train routes. Melbourne
PTV bus routes connect Blackburn with Melbourne and other railway stations and
airports. PTV or Public Transport Victoria is responsible for providing transport in
Melbourne and suburbs like Greenvale, Blackburn etc. Buses of routes 150-199 and
400-899 operate in Blackburn. Bus No 151 connects the suburb with Melbourne and
railway stations namely Williams Landing Station and Tarneit Railway Station
through Westmeadows lane. The main railway station is Blackburn Railway station
that is located in the Lilydale and Belgrave lines of Victoria. The Lilydale line
services three of the different areas namely Flinders street and Lilydale. Belgrave line
serves to Flinders Street and Belgrave. Blackburn North is a transport hub as it

2.2Main Roads (Freeways, Toll ways, Main St)
The suburb of Blackburn is bordered by Middleborough road, Eely road and
Canterbury road. Apart from these roads there is also an irregular road that connects
Blackburn to the east.
