4. Recommendations
The researcher has provided some useful recommendations after the thorough
analysis of this report. The recommendations will be helpful for Alpha Property
Development on determining the exact kind of project to be executed in Blackburn.
1. The people of Blackburn are quite educated and have a liking for education. The
enrolment patterns in the suburb are a clear indication of the liking for education.
APD can build a number of residential school buildings that can be a hit with the
residents.
2. Children generally require a larger space for their enjoyment and thus Alpha
properties should concentrate on building 4 bedroom apartments or houses and should
also ensure that these housings have a considerable amount of open space for outdoor
games.
3. New housings with state of the art facilities like gyms, shopping centres can be
profitable for APD.
4. APD can also build new Shopping centres as there is a shortage of shopping centers
in Blackburn.
5. The rise in the number of cars will also be a thing to be kept in mind by the
mentioned organization as they have to ensure the presence of a garage in every
house they build.
6. Alpha Property Development must also ensure that houses are built within the close
proximity of schools as statistics shows that a large proportion of children are
enrolled in different schools of Blackburn. Thus APD can build new complexes
which may house a primary or a secondary school.
