INTRODUCTION
Management style is the way which is used by the managers in order to accomplish their
project. This helps them in providing the best solution which can be made with the particular
situation. This report will include Blake Mouton Grid management style in context with the
situation which is faced by a manager.
MAIN BODY
The organisation in which I am working is bringing some changes within the organisation
as the use of technology have been increased which has made it very important to do such things.
For this only, company wants to use management style in which I prefer that the organisation
must use “Blake Mouton Grid” management style where there are different type of leadership
style(Serrat, 2021). So, comparing with the “impoverished style of leadership” in which leader
does not participates in an active mode and because of this only there are chances that company
might not achieve their aims. In the “country club” where the leader has to be attentive and
which I also prefer will suit the situation and this type of leadership style will also encourage
people to to adopt the changes. “Middle of the road” style tries to avoid any type of problems but
with that they also tries to make some productivity which I consider will be the best one. The
reason is that when any changes is brought in the company then at that time employees usually
resist to adopt to the changing environment.
“Authoritarian” will also not be the best one as in this case the leader will try to think
from the perspective of employees but they will force the employees to listen to what they are
saying(McClanahan, 2020) . But out of all “ Team leader” are the one who will bring the change
and if my company will adopt this method then at this time then company will achieve the
objectives. I feel that it is important for the organisation to use “ team leader” and “middle of the
road” style because with this I will be able to bring some changes in the company which will be
fruitful in working on the goals. I think that using these two styles will be helpful in managing
the work which will be made after the change will be adopted by the company(Polat, 2020). On
the other side, I would be able to make and develop different planning which will suit the given
scenario of a company. This would be helpful to me in the end if the working will be made

according to the changes because employees will be motivated to work under the changed
scenario as they are being directed by their leader.
CONCLUSION
From the above report it can be concluded that it is important for the leader to use proper
style of leadership. The reason for this is that if they will not use proper style with the particular
situation then there are chances that it can become trickier for companies to achieve their
objectives.
