Introduction:
Network technologies are being implemented in most of the companies in today’s world.
There are different applications of network technologies such as network address translation,
which acts as a firewall in order to secure the networks and protect the data from theft and
breach.
This report will highlight the different aspects such as advantages as well as
disadvantages, cost factors that are associated with the design of the network technology suitable
for the company called BLDRS-DC, so that it can improve the sales and the revenue within the
organization. HTML as well as the CSS website designing languages and other network
components such as LAN and the internet will be needed in order to design the solution.

HTML:
Hypertext Markup Language is a programming language used for designing web pages as
well as applications. With sheets of cascading Style and the JavaScript feature, it forms the most
crucial technologies to be incorporated in the World Wide Web (www).

CSS:
A programming language in style sheet, which is known a Cascading Style Sheets, is
used to present a document, which is written using a markup language like the Hypertext Markup
Language or HTML. It is again a cornerstone technology for the World Wide Web.
LAN:
A local area network is used to connect the computers in a local network in order to
communicate and transmit data among each other, which in turn are managed and controlled by a
central server. BLDRS-DC will need a LAN to be designed within the organization in which all
the computers connected in the network will be able to access and view the website designed for
the company and use the different sales as well as marketing links present in the link. A router is
helps in transmitting data packets across the devices in a network and helps in network traffic
management (Cavallari et al., 2014).
Internet:
The internet can be defined as a global technology that can be used to connect the
different computers using interconnected computer networks. It makes use of a network model
known as the internet protocol suite (TCP/IP) in order to link the different mobile devices across
a network.
Challenges and considerations of implementing network technologies:

This is one of the major challenges wherein the data and other important information,
which are stored in the network, are vulnerable to virus attacks as well as risk of theft and breach

by the hackers. Some of the specific threats are DNS attacks, malware that target smartphones as
well as tablets, route hijacking, which are caused due to viruses like Trojan horses and also
ransom wares.
Maintenance and Monitoring of Network Traffic:
Network traffic monitoring is another challenge since the inflowing data has to be
properly mapped and router to the correct destination to ensure proper data transmission. Often it
is not possible due to lack of data security features in the network. Often it gets very complicated
to maintain the different complex components of the network such as routers, switches, LAN as
well as the internet protocols and the other features (Krasyuk, Kirillova & Kozlova, 2017).
Complexity of network management:
This again is a challenge faced by the organizations while incorporating the network
technologies. There are different complexities associated to the network technologies such as
proper disaster management and backup systems. Server maintenance as well as the other
devices such as routers and switches have complex data transmission protocols that are often too
complex for the network administrators to monitor and maintain at the same time. There are also
risks of data as well as security breach among the systems in the organizations which makes it a
very complex problem to troubleshoot the network issues as well as monitoring and maintaining
