INTRODUCTION
Resources are important for a students in order to improve their learning. It allow leaner
to access to different types of knowledge and information and also provide them opportunity to
be a better learner. There are different types of resources required by students which is important
for them to improve their knowledge. These resources are also important for teacher as it allow
them to effectively teach to students. There are different types of models and principles are also
used by teacher in order to improve learning of students. This project report includes
Understanding of purpose as well as use of resources within specialised area. It is develop and
use inclusive resources in specialised areas. It includes understanding of ways in which resource
can be organised and available for access. It contain legal requirement as well as responsibilities
related to development and use of resources. Moreover, it is including ways to evaluate own
practices in context to development and use of resources.
TASK- A
1.1 Explain the purpose of resources in teaching and learning.
It is very important for the individual, if they want to achieve success in teaching and
learning career they have to arrange different types of resources and action plans which support
their efforts. There are different types resources are present in the market which promotes the
learning and teaching carer of the individual such as books, lectures, online publications, articles
and many more. It is important for the individual that they organise these resources in their
specialise area so that more anjd more skills can be developed in their personality. There are
different types of purposes are present with the individual to have these resource and the brief
discussion related to the same are given below: (Aarts and et.al, 2018)
Provide support and help :- One of the most important and valuable purpose of these resources
in learning is that it provides support and help to the individual so that they can achieve success
in their specialised area. The books and online learning platforms provides direction to the
individual that at what area they have to make preparation which protect them to waste time on
unusual activities.The main purpose for the learning is that it helps to increase the knowledge
and also enable the student to develop effective judgement about any topic.
Provides motivation towards learning :- Learning is not an easy task which can be done by
any person in their area because it requires efforts and hard work which is not possible for all the

individuals. There are some conditions are held in learning and teaching journey that person
becomes exhaust and it requires motivation to back on track. There are some lectures are present
online under which some motivational speaker motivates the individual to back on track and
becomes strong purpose for this resource.
Helps them to achieve goals and objectives :- When the individual has started the learning and
teaching journey they have some goals and objectives in their life which is required to be
fulfilled. The presence of learning provides right direction to the individual to achieve their goals
and objectives effectively. (Bridgstock, 2019)
1.2 Evaluate the effectiveness of specific resources from own specialist area in meeting
individual learning needs
The resources chosen to achieve learning needs are one of the most effective resources of
the market. It helps the individual in their learning journey to solve different types of problems
and also to deal with different types of criticism. The brief discussion related to the effectiveness
of different resources in learning needs are given below:
Books :- It refers to those resource of the learning which contains information related to the
subject of the individual on blank pages. It is one of the biggest and strongest tool of learning
which helps the individual to develop different types of skills in the personality of the individual.
There are different types of books are present in the market which provides direction to the
individual towards their goals and objectives. The main weakness of this point is that this method
of taking education are pretty boring for many people.(Brown and Bogiages, 2019)
Online lectures :- It refers to those arrangements under which the student can get the learning
from the online sources. It is one of the attractive and commonly used method which becomes
popular due to the existence of technology and internet. There are different types lectures and
classes related to any subject are present online and it helps the individual to get the lecture of
experts while sitting their home. The main weakness of this project is that it minimise the books
knowledge.
All these resources which are described above are one of the important and valuable resources
which not only helps the individual in their learning journey but also helps them to develop
effective judgement about any topic in their professional career.
2.1 Analyse the principles of resource design

The main requirement of any task or project is that different principle are present in relation to
the topic. These principles provides direction to the individual so that more and goals can be
satisfied it is important for the success of specialised area that the principles of resource design
are followed by the individual so that the chances of deviation can be minimised. The brief
discussion related to the same are given below:
Meeting the learning needs :- It is one of the most important and commonly used principle
which is used by many people in their learning and teaching. In this type of principle all the
resources are developed and design on the basis learning needs so that the chances of success can
be minimise.
Fit for purpose :- Under this style of learning the individual is required to design the resources
along with the purpose of the project and task. In this particulate report where the scenario
reflects the develop of learning and teaching. The main purpose of the individual are based on
academic purpose so books and online lectures will be the good source of resource. (Buchanan,
Mills and Mooney, 2020)
2.2 Evaluate sources that inform resource development in own specialist area.
There are different types of sources are present in the market which helps the individual to
inform the development of resources in their own specialised area and it also helps the individual
to enjoy many benefit in their academic career and also to perform different types of duties with
them. The brief discussion related to the same are given below:
Advice and guidance :- It is one of the most important source of information transfer in the
organisation under which the individual has take the advice and guidance from their peers and
other related person so that the deviations from the work can be minimised. (Stowell and et.al,
2020)
Internet resources :- Internet is one of the most important and valuable resource which has
huge amount of information on any of the specialised area or development. It is very important
for the individual that they used specialised internet sources in their journey of resource design
because it provides specialised knowledge about different types of topic and projects which helps
the individual to achieve success in their career. It is one of the important area but It is very
harmful for the health if it is used in different ways.

All these sources of information for that the sources of information are very effective and
efficient it helps the individual to develop effective framework in the organisation. (Carmel and
Badash, 2021)
2.2 Analysis of ways in which theories, principle and model of inclusive curriculum design can
be used to inform resource development
There are various theories, principles as well as model which can be used in curriculum design
and also helps to inform resource development. In order to make improvement in explanation,
generating principles as well as making practices, it is essential for develop models. These
principles and theories includes behaviourism theory, social constructivism and cognitivism
theory.
Behaviourism theory: it is one of theory that is developed by Pavlov experiments on dogs. It is
suggesting that positive experience in environment can create influence over quality of learning
of a person. According to this theory teacher is a centre point of process of learning instead of
students.
Disadvantage: It is theory that ignore mental process that is involved in process of learning like
cognitive approach. In this, people can only learn through their experience. It is also criticised as
it includes use of animals in order to apply a law. It also ignore role of biological factor in
process of learning.
Cognitivism theory: It another theory that allow students to learn from mental processing. It is a
theory that emphasis that teacher is the one that create strategies for students to keep them
focused and also alert them for their mental behaviour. It is including use of different tools like
presentation, spider maps, visual aids, mind mapping and others. (Smith, 2020)
Disadvantage: Disadvantage of using this theory is that is is less useful for a person in process
of learning as it includes theoretical ideas. In this theory, a person cannot directly observe and
depend on inference. It is also a theory that ignore factors that create impact over behaviour of a
person.
Social constructivism: it is another theory that is introduce by Vygotsky and Bruner that is
suggesting that learner can accelerate as active process through self lead as well as socialising.
As per this, learner alone cannot a passive element of teaching environment but is a active
facilitator tat connected to learning process through group works and discussion.

Disadvantage: It is a theory in which learner take more time for learning as time in this is used
in flexible manner. In this theory both parties like educator as well as learner needs preparation.
It is difficult in term of applying in traditional methods.
All these theories can be applied in organisation for purpose of curriculum design and
used for inform resource development. Behaviourism is one of theory that is suggesting that
teaching can be done in different ways including rewards and punishments. As per this theory,
lecture lecture cannot be intensively structured and students does not have high obligations.
Cognitivism is another theory can be used by teacher in classroom in order to test hypotheses. It
is also encouraging curiosity for purpose of inquiry orientation projects. By applied this model,
teacher can involve in scenario for purpose of creating environment for learner in order to be
familiar ad also engage people to past experience of learning.
2.3Analysation of ways in which resources can be adapted to enable an inclusive approach
Digital resources are functional and reliable that enable an inclusive approach. Functional
technology is one that offer learner with greater variety of extension activities. It is also
providing support to weak leaner to learn things and provide them opportunity to get mixed
ability in class. It assist teachers to reduce their workload and time spend for devising lesson
plan. It will helps them to reduce workload and also assist them for improving their excellence.
Disadvantage of using this resources is that student will be more depended on digital resources.
It will increase their screen time and also doesn't provide clear understanding to students. Due to
this, students does not needs to write which is not a good thing for a students.
Teaching material as well as other resources provide opportunity to discuss different
issues related to diversity and equality and also offer insights into lives of others. Positive
diversity image can be promoted through resources, displaying material as well as through
posters. These image can create challenge for mirror, stereotypes as well as learner's diverse
background. It is also important for this handout to be in inclusive language. In teaching
material, there are different names of characters that is reflecting diversity in names of learners.
(Singh and Chowdhury, 2021)
Disadvantage of using this resource is that it will not suited in environment of diversity as there
are students from different background. It create problem for learning as some students are not
able to link with these examples given by teachers.

Principle material should also be presented in clear as well as accessible language and
format. These material can be available in different formats like large print and coloured paper.
Providing different material in electronic forms is also consider as inclusive approach. Material
in electronic format is also a inclusive approach. In compare to flipped classroom, these material
are more beneficial for learner as it make it easy for them to access to different material . There
are some leaner who face difficulty in processing information will get visual impairment. There
are some other learner who can also get benefits as it will assist them to me make things easily
and also concentrate in classroom. (Saá and et.al, 2021)
Disadvantage of using these electronic format material is that is remove needs of writing which
is not good for learners. It writing is an important part of learning in academic life and in order to
improve writing skills, it is essential for students to write things by their own.
5.1 Evaluation of effectiveness of own design and use of resources to engage and meet individual
needs of learners in specialist area
Resources is used in teaching and learning process in order to make a student effective and also
them be involved in interactive learning process. Resources can be involved in learning process
of students are mentioned below:
Lecture notes: It is one of resource that is fails to increase engagement of students. It is offering
effective ways of community as teacher can assist students to be more interactive in classroom
that allow them to develop optimum values from lecture notes. It provide limited access to gain
knowledge to a person. It does not idea for teaching process as it does not suits to al requirement
of students. It only contain text that is boring and does not allow students to learn more. It is not
a material that allow student to engage in process of learning. It is also teacher centred material
as does not allow students to bring their perspectives.
Slides: It is another resource that allow teacher to deliver large information in less time. In this
speaker notes are also align with slides that assist them to access to theoretical information. It is
also used to meet demand of students to access to required information,. There are various bullet
points mentioned in slides that will helps them to memorise various educational information. It is
not a good source for learning as it does not contain detail description about topic that provide
incomplete information to students. It does not provide practical learning to students.
Mobile application: It is another resources in which information is provided by collect to
students through mobile application that will assist students to study study material. In this type

of mobile application, it is important to ensure study of group in effective manner. It is also helps
them to make learning process more interesting and increasing engagement of students. It is a
digital source used in learning that results in increase in screen time of students. It also create
negative impact on health of students as spending long time on screen create bad image of keys
of people and also make them isolated from others.
Projector: It is another resources that will assist students to understand difficult topic in
classroom in less time easily. There are numbers of students who are able to visualise
information related to different topics. It will helps them to increase participation in learning and
teaching process. It will also assist for improving values of learning (Rushing and Mokadam,
2019). Disadvantage of using this learning source is that it create problem in resolution as it is
important for a person to fit it in right angel. It also increase cost of company as it require proper
set up.
Task-B
3.1 Explanation of ways in which resources can be classified and stored
Learning resources can be available in different form as well as in different sources and formats.
There are different ways to reproduction of learning resources like photocopying as well as
scanning. Tutor can reproduce resources and can store in different format like in PDF and also
saves audio files in audio files like Mp3. It is important to store these resources with care as it
allow them to drive proper password that cannot be accessible by other people. Data can be
stores in different format in different programs. Ere are some files that is supported through some
programs and applications. Mostly files can be appeared in jpg, psd, tif, doc, gif manner.
There are different file formats available to store resources but still PDF is considered as most
appropriate format for files. PDF can be described as Portable Document Format and also called
Paperless office. It is document that is developed and transferred without printing each files. For
purpose of developing dile in PSF format, Adobe Acrobat reader needs to be downloaded that
can be done for free.
Blackboard as well as Moodle can be known resource that is available for learning environment
and also develop access and upload learning materials. Moodle platforms have got many
educational aspects that is emphasising stress on importance of interactive learning as well as
inclusive learning environment. It is useful platform for students as it allow them to access to
different learning material and also assist them for attainment of learning goals. There are

different user friendly and supportive group that are available on Moodle platform that assist
learner to provide support to learning activities. (Mansbach and Austin, 2018)
3.2 Review of ways of sharing resources with other learning professionals
Teaching resources are one of important tool for learning and teaching process. Formation
process of resources consume time as well as money that assist for connecting these resources to
connect and also to present it with helps of technology. It is difficult for carry out teaching
process without making use of teaching resources as well as materials. In order to prepare
learning material, needs as well as requirement of leaner is considered. For purpose of reducing
financial burden, different types of financial cost are also shared among different teaching
institution. For this, educational institution also share these teaching resources. It provide various
benefits to both tutors as well as learner.
For purpose of sharing resources through internet, it is not required to have internet as education
organisation has their own internet. Different computers and systems are connected with it. File
sharing is another methods for sharing resources that allow teacher to access to different
resources of learner that is developed through online platform. It is easier for a person to share
resources through VLE that is allow them to upload that resources on online portal and allow
leaner to access to these resources at any time they want.
4.1 review legal requirements and responsibilities relating to the development and use of
resources.
Development and use of educational resources required to meet various legal
requirements and responsibility. The present copyright law in UK which is used for the purpose
is Copyright Act 1998 and The Copyright, Designs and Patents act 1998. In this legal framework
has been provided in order to decide about the usage of resources and seek that they are not been
copied in any manner. The act has been focused over providing security against any kind of issue
that is raise over copying of content in any form. Through this legislation an author is able to
secure work without getting it copied. Also the act provides authentic sources which in the form
of books which are written by authors and is used for developing detail understanding about the
course of management. Another legislation that can be used is Equity Act 2010 which makes
discrimination to be eradicated over education and various aspects in relation to it (Lee, Kang
and Park, 2019) . Through this act all resources are made available to all students perusing
management. The recourse which are made available over online lectures conducted by teacher

which makes better understanding developed between students over various topics of
management. Legislations related to health and security creates balance over mental health of an
individual making them stress free which helps teacher to create better environment for learning.
The data protection act is used for making sure that all private data related to students and
teachers are protected by management of school. These legislations are required to be used by an
organization in order to seek that diversity is formed within workforce making success achieved
by an organization within market.
4.2 Analyse the implications of intellectual property rights and copyright for the development
and use of resources.
In this both teachers and learners holds responsibility for enforcing Copy Right Act 1998
and Intellectual Property Rights within learning and teaching environment. The original authors
of each resource should be mentioned and cited properly over information used within work. In
this resources like books, e-books, articles and journals are used for supporting thoughts
presented by an individual within piece of work. It is the responsibility of teaches for making
students get aware about problems related over plagiarism making needs of there work fulfilled
as per legal standards. The companies and organizations should comply these with the laws for
avoiding any legal issue related to intellectual rights. Such legislation helps in making product
and services differentiated from other competitors within market (Halonen and Dunn, 2018) .
An organization is required to buy patent rights for using particular technology possessed by
another organization only. Intellectual property rights and copyright helps over making various
process within organizations run smoothly and effectively. There are certain examples of
intellectual property which are awareness of organisation and contractual obligations in relation
to materials or resources produced during contracted hours, personal intellectual property rights
for resources generated outside of contracted hours, restrictions on copying, acknowledgement of
authorship in referencing where possible and appropriate.
This can be observe for the task that intellectual property is very important followed
within development of resources based upon study material provided. Also various other
legislations are used for making better development provided in terms of resources and makes
reliable content produced. Also intellectual property makes work to be produced in more
effective manner which makes students and teacher develop better learning over management
and aspects related to it. Further, laws provides authentic information that is relevant over topics

and should be mentioned by students within there work (Girolami, 2021). But there are various
disadvantage for these intellectual property and copyright in field of learning and development. It
will limit criteria of learning as it prevent others of using it. It does not allow people to spread
knowledge which is not good. It will also increase unnecessary cost over learning institution.

There are different types of resources can be developed by the individual under which
different types skills and learning are to be developed in the personality of the individual. It is the
need of the time which enables to focus on new and emerging technology so that all the task and
projects can be done effectively. There are number of online resources are present in the market
which can helps the individual and the brief discussion related to the same are given below:
Online classes :- It refers to those resource of the learning under which the individual can take
online classes of their particular subject under which the field experts teaches the subject. It is
one of the most popular method of learning at that time because it uses modern technology and
internet. It is important for the individual that they subscribe any paid classes and enjoys their
effective way of learning. It is important for them that they analyse their factors and
requirements so that the chances of deviation can be retard ates.
2.6 Employed resources to engage and meet the individual needs of learners in your specialist
area.
Online articles and lectures :- There are different types of articles are present on the internet
which is written by the many well known authors due to their specialised knowledge of the
subjects. These articles has contains specialised knowledge of the subject which can be used by
the individual in their learning journey. It is very important for the individual that they have
effective research skills so that they can search the articles from the related articles of the
internet. It requires specialised understanding from the individual so that they can understand the
situation properly. (Crick and et.al, 2022)

5.1 Evaluate the effectiveness of own practice in relation to development and use of resources to
engage and meet the individual needs of learners in own specialist area
It is very important for me that I analyse the effectiveness of the resources in this perticuilar task
because there are many advantages of this. It helps me to develop effective judgement inj
relation to any topic or aspect of the organisation and also helps me to improve my decision
making skill. It provides me direction so that I can retards the popssibility of deviations from the
project. It is very important for me that I develop personal learning skills in my personality so
that I can achieve my goals and objectives.
5.2Identify own strengths and areas for improvement in relation to development and use of
resources in own specialist area
One of the most important and specialised strength of me is that I effective communication skills
in me. Communication skills refers to those skills of me which helps to develop effective and
efficient relations with other people. It helps me to interact different types of people in my life so
that more and more success can be achieved by me.
5.3 Produce a plan which identifies opportunities to improve your own skills in the development
and use of resources.
In is very important for me to develop effective and efficient skills in my personality because
there are some skills are present which are not present in my personality. These skills are
research skills, decision making skills and many more so that each and every type opporttunities
can be achieved by me. (Fletcher Jr, Warren and Hernández-Gantes, 2018)
CONCLUSION
This project report concludes Understanding of purpose as well as use of resources within
specialised area. It is develop and use inclusive resources in specialised areas. It concludes
understanding of ways in which resource can be organised and available for access. It concludes
legal requirement as well as responsibilities related to development and use of resources.
Moreover, it is concludes ways to evaluate own practices in context to development and use of
