INTRODUCTION
Learning is the process that helps the students to have the changes and increases the
potential in order to improve their performance and future learning. This helps the individuals to
acquire and have the necessary skills by having good learning and knowledge in order to achieve
goals. The current report is based on the HR as the specialist area. The assignment will outline
the purpose of resources in teaching and learning and effectiveness of the specific resources in
own specialist area in meeting individual needs. Further this report will outline the principles of
resource design and sources used in specialist area. It will also include the theories, models and
principles to have development in the area of teaching. This report will also outline the ways in
which the resources can e classified and ways of sharing resources with other learning
professionals. Moreover, this will also have the focus on the legal requirements and
responsibilities and the implications of intellectual property rights for the development. At last
this report will outline the effectiveness on own practice in order to have development and use of
resources in own specialist area.
TASK 1 (TASK A and TASK B)
TASK A: Resource Report
1.1 Explaining the purpose of resources in teaching and learning
The resources used in teaching is considered to be the important resources that helps the
teachers to provide the effective learning to the students. The teaching material are the type of
resources that is used by the teachers in order to provide and convey the instructions to the
students. These are the important part for the teachers in order to have the better connection with
the students by providing them better and effective learning. These resources helps the teachers
to have the supportive teaching and helps them to have variation in their teaching. As there are
some students who used to have mental issue by which they used to face the difficulties in
understanding the information (Marín and et.al., 2022). By this it helps the teacher to have the
differentiation and learn new approaches of teaching. By using the ICT abilities helps the
teachers to have fast teaching and this helps the students to gain knowledge and have the faster
learning. In order to have the better understanding to the students, the teachers use more assets in
order to increase the motivation level of the individuals. The teachers can also use the VLE
(Virtual learning program) which helps the students to have the fast and better learning. As there

is the great use of online resources which makes easier for teachers and for students as well to
have the better understanding in their learning.
1.2 Evaluating effectiveness of resources to meet individual learning in teaching
Resources are the very useful as these are the supporting tools in the teaching and
learning to the individuals. This used to provide the flexibility in order to access the files and
material that is used in teaching. It is very important to meet the needs of the individuals as these
are the learners. The teacher of HR must provide them better learning that helps them to know
about the effectiveness of the resources which is used in teaching and learning. There are some
ways in order to review the effectiveness of the resources that is used in the teaching of the HRM
(Berlinger and Zacharias, 2019). The teacher can take the feedback from the students or from
colleagues which helps them to know where they are falling in order to provide best teaching and
learning to the students. The teacher can take the feedback or can have the observation sheet in
order to know that the students has learnt about the HRM. As the main aim of teachers is to
provide the best learning to the students which helps them to have great leaning in their course.
By taking the feedback from the external people which used to provide the best sources in order
to review the effectiveness of the resources used in teaching and learning. The teacher can use
the power point in order to make the students to learn by showing them slides which helps them
to have effectiveness in their learning.
2.1 Analysing the principles of resource design
By designing and creating the resource on the HRM in order to teach best the students
there are some principles must be followed. By linking with the resources with the most
preferred style of learning helps to have the best resources of teaching. Having the power point
presentation, Auditory and visual learning style is used to have the proper use of the resources.
There are various principles of resource design which includes meeting learning needs, Fit- for
purpose, simple measure of learning which includes SMOG learning, etc. The Visual, Auditor
and Kinaesthetic (VAK) is the best style of teaching to the learners which helps them to learn
them in various ways (Wittmann and et.al., 2019). By taking the SMOG readability test this
helps the teachers to know about the readability of the text to check that the sentences are clear
and not be more complex. By having the cost effective method helps to have the use of the
resources properly. By downloading the teaching material by using the internet helps me to gain
the knowledge in order to provide the better learning to the students. By using this material it

will help the teachers to have the extra knowledge in their specialist area of teaching. The
resources I used in my teaching is cost effective and are in sequence with the policies and
procedures of the organization.
2.2 Evaluating the sources to have resources development
Resource development is defined as the development that used to take place without
affecting the market and helps to grow in the specialist area. These resources helps the
individuals to achieve and meet their needs. The teacher must utilize the available resources
wisely which helps them to provide the better learning to the students. The utilization of the
resources in the proper manner helps them to have better teaching in the future. This will help the
teacher to develop its personal and organizational skills, knowledge and abilities in the specialist
area. As a teacher I used to explore the good practices with my colleagues in free time in the staff
room or by having the meetings of the teachers and by watching them while they used to teach in
classroom (Ademiluyi, 2019). By this it helps me to develop my skills and to develop my own
resources in HRM. I also used to make the learning material for the students which helps me and
students to learn better and easily. By taking the books and other journals from the library on
HRM as the resources helps to provide the best learning to the teachers. As the teacher of HRM I
also used the resources by having the good communication with the other professionals bodies.
By referring to the other subject books and journals helps me to have the good research in order
to understand the ways which makes me to develop my resources.
2.3 Analysing theories, principles and models of inclusive curriculum
There are various theories and principles that helps to build the resources in order to have
the development in the resources. In order to have the motivation, I used to have the different
level of Maslow's Hierarchy of needs. This model used to describe the level of degree pyramid in
order to manage the resources and make the students satisfied in their learning. The Maslow's
need of hierarchy used to state that there are five stages of the motivation which includes
physiological needs, safety needs, love and belongingness needs, esteem and self- actualization
needs (Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, 2022). By having the focus on all these needs helps the
students and teachers to have the best resources in order to have good learning and teaching.
I have increased my resources by using the Kolb's learning cycle in order to make the
good educational plan. This helps me to provide the best learning to the students and increases
their learning style. This model is the best learning process in which the knowledge is the

inclusion of the combination in order to grasp and transform the experience. This makes me to
have the best learning style to my students and helps me learn more.
2.4 Analysing the ways in which resources can be adapted
There are many ways in which the resources can be adapted in order to have the inclusive
approach in the HRM. In the teaching practice, the teachers can make the material which helps
them to have the updated research on their teaching. By having the material they must do the
SMOG test readability which helps them to ensure that the material used to contain the right
information (Bryson and Andres, 2020). In my class there were some learners which does not
used to understand fast, so n order to this I have make the handwritten notes for them in easy
language which helps them to understand easily. I also used the Power Point presentations that
makes me to provide the learning in the better way and by this the students of HRM used to
understand easily. As the technology is changing on the rapid basis I used to make them learn by
the projector by highlighting and colouring the main areas in the HRM course. I also must make
sure that the resources such as lighting and classroom seats must be in proper manner which
helps the students to have safety while learning. By making the equality in the classroom it
makes the students to have the motivation while learning. As equality helps the students and
teachers to be treated equally while having learning in the classroom.
5.1 Effectiveness of own practice and use of resources to meet individual needs
The teachers must believe that the learners used to require the equal hopes, satisfaction
and education in their learning. As there is some difference between the students, some used to
learn fast and some takes the time to understand the same thing. It is very important for the
teachers to meet the needs of the learners in the area which they are teaching. By using the
resources like used of Power point presentation helps me to provide the better and attractive
teaching to the students which have them the good visual impact on them (Cobanoglu, Sertel and
Sarkaya, 2018). As the teacher I have also provided them the flexible and ex tented learning
opportunities which makes them to have the better learning in the area of human resource
management. By encouraging the students in their learning makes them to have the independent
learning and to have the proper use of time. The handwritten notes helps me a lot in order to
provide the better learning by using the materials. By this it helps the students to meet their
individual needs in their area of learning that is human resource management.

TASK B
3.1 Explaining the ways in which resources can be classified
There are different types of the resources which is required to be taken into the consider
by classifying in turn accomplishing the objectives. In order to become able to store the data in
the appropriate manner in the specified specialization it is important to focus on having emphasis
on distinct form of the computer files such Pdfs, JPEG, PNG, SVG and MP4. These all the
options are helpful in accomplishing the objective of ensuring that h information which is
required to be derived to the learners are provided effectively. This s well provides assistance in
gaining the ability to get assurance that recorded data is safe and secured & easily transferable to
meet the goal of offering reliable insights.
For classification distinct pattern such as having appropriate for retrieval, management &
filing of resources, produce & maintaining catalogues, etc. these are the certain ways in which
this can be classified (Mustafa, Nordin and Razzaq, 2020). There are distinct form of the
platform which can allow to get the access for the purpose of uploading & redeveloping of
educational learning to include different online platforms an Edomodo which is collaborative, etc
that helps in meeting this requirement. For the purpose of the storing taps and disc, USB drivers,
etc can be used for mitigating the loss of data.
3.2 Reviewing the ways of sharing resources with other professionals
There are various ways in which the resources can be shared with the other learning
professional bodies. The ways includes the network shared areas, online sharing of the files,
social networking and published news and journals. By using these resources helps the teachers
to gain in their learning and make them to grow in the teaching line. By having the proper
Virtual Learning Environment helps the teacher to share their resources with the other
professionals as this is the online platform (Vainker and Bailey, 2018). As the teacher has made
the handwritten notes which they can share on VLE that helps the other professionals to use that
resources while providing them teaching. They can also share the slides of the power point
presentation that helps the students to have the fast learning in the area of HRM. By having the
social networking helps the teachers to provide ad take the resources which makes them to
provide the better teaching to the students. The teacher can also share the files online to the other
professional bodies that make them to know about the new things in the teaching and learning.
The teacher can also publish the books and journals of their own idea that help them to share the

resources with the other professionals. These are the best ways in which the teacher can share the
resources and the best way is to share the file online. This is the easiest and fastest way of
sharing the resources with the other professionals.
4.1 Reviewing the legal requirements and responsibilities
In order to offer the reliable service it is important for the teacher to pay attention on
accomplishing the responsibilities in effective manner via ensuring that significant compliance
with the legal requirements is exerted. This can be done by focusing the aspects like having
appropriate application of data protection via using the encrypted system in turn avoiding any
misleading practices can become possible (Besley,2019.). Copyright legislation is highly
essential for giving credibility to the other purpose in case of the utilization of their work which
tend to establish the ethical manner of actions. Health and safety requirement is highly crucial
legal need that is tended to focus for the purpose of achieving appropriate understanding that
practices are exerted in the standard manner so that precise help for having hygiene in the
educational actions can be done. In addition to this, the particular legal requirements is helpful
for meeting the responsibilities to give corrective awareness to the students about their rights and
actions in relation to the health & safety practices so that attaining reliable learning scenarios can
be done properly. Risk assessment is the major activity which is highly required to be taken into
the practice so that potential threats can be eliminated for meeting the purpose of offering
healthy learning scenarios in this specified action. There should be reliable compliance with the
legal adhering to the photocopying restrictions, training for use of equipment, ensuring the
storage in line with licensing agreements, etc to get the greater effectiveness.
4.2 analysing the implications of IPR and copyright for development
In the development and use of resources it is important to pay attention on the
intellectual property rights and copy rights via having the proper understanding of the contract
formulated. This is basically relayed with having the fair use of the resources of the organization
via paying attention on educational performance with maintaining adherence with the standard
quality can be done (Robinson, Phillips and Quennerstedt, 2020.). There should be reliable usage
of library copyright so that in case of precise working can be done effectively through ensuring
that there is no arise of complications. This as well focus on having patent trademark, design and
copyright utilization in the most accurate manner so that learning and educational actions are

highly done in the most required manner so that greater quality performance to learners can be
offered.
There are certain contractual terms which are required to be paid attention on having the
precise understanding to function via ensuring that resources are produced and shared with the
learners during the contracted hours. In addition to this, focusing on restrictions on the copyright
regarding use of the organizational resources only for the educational purpose. In respect to this
eliminating any personal use of the aspects can aid in achieving the better working action in the
specified industry. As being part of HRM field it is important to focus on these aspects so that
corrective practices can be done.

2.5 Designing resources involving new and emerging technologies for meeting individual needs
of learners
The teaching practices which are involved in the new and emerging practices of teaching
of HR are,
Augmented Reality :
The use of this technology would help the learners to be able to gain new form of
learning experiences with relation to their HR practices (Reina and et.al., 2022).
Virtual Reality :
This is the source of teaching which can be used for the increasing the potential of
teaching for the HR professionals as it helps them to practice the real life stimulations and use
the software for learning ways to solve human resources issues.
Live streaming :
This technology can be considered to be the factor which would be responsible for the
creation of knowledge and experience which would evaluate the learners performance and help
them to be taught from different locations.
Social Learning :
With the help of social media platforms the teachers can be taught about the ways in
which they can hire new individuals that would help them to gain the control over the
organizational performance.
Simulation games :
It is considered to be the simulation of the games which allows the teachers to teach the
individuals about the ways in which they should interact in situation in human resource's
management.
2.6 Employed resources for engaging and meeting the individuals needs of learners
The resources which are helpful for engaging and meeting the individual needs of the
leaner are,
 Creation of a learning goal for all the students will help the learner to develop a clear
understanding of the factors which are responsible for developing students (Tremblay-
Wragg and et.al.,2021).

 Adaptations of new activities during the learning of students would help the learners gain
the success that is required.
 Providing the student's flexibility is a way of making them grow their learning
performance in the human resource's management.
 Teacher can create flexible groups in the class rooms to help the learners gain control of
the practices which are helpful for their development.

5.1 Evaluation of effectiveness of own practice in the use of resources to engage with learners
During my experience with teaching the HR to a group of students I was able to utilize
the effect resources of the SWEET analysis (14 Effective Ways to Meet the Individual Needs of
Students, 2021). This was fit for this study of HR as it helped the learners to be suitable in the
level of good visual impact, legibility of printed materials and recognition of the different
challenges which the students needed to adapt. I was able to understand that the extent of the
learning opportunities which the students of HR were able to gain was very effective and the use
of new and emerging technologies encouraged them to gain independence in the learnings, cost-
effectiveness and being able to gain appropriate use of time and materials.
5.2 Identification of personal strengths and areas of improvement for improving learners needs
Strengths :
The different strengths which I had while teaching the learners were related to the
confidence. The way in which I was able to deliver the different sources of the legibility of
printed materials it was helpful for to create a good impact on the learners which would provide
me the with the support and results that my teaching was offering. I have been able to understand
that the benefits of my effective performance was able to help the student gain better knowledge
and experiences related to the Human Resources studies.
Opportunities :
Due to the strong level of understanding and relationship I have been able to develop
with the students it has been very helpful for me to improve my communication and
interpersonal skills. This relationship has also allowed me to solve the issues which the students
had in their learning experiences (Enderle and et.al., 2018).
