INTRODUCTION
Learning is the process that helps the students to have the changes and increases the
potential in order to improve their performance and future learning. This helps the individuals to
acquire and have the necessary skills by having good learning and knowledge in order to achieve
goals. The current report is based on the HR as the specialist area. The assignment will outline
the purpose of resources in teaching and learning and effectiveness of the specific resources in
own specialist area in meeting individual needs. Further this report will outline the principles of
resource design and sources used in specialist area. It will also include the theories, models and
principles to have development in the area of teaching. This report will also outline the ways in
which the resources can e classified and ways of sharing resources with other learning
professionals. Moreover, this will also have the focus on the legal requirements and
responsibilities and the implications of intellectual property rights for the development. At last
this report will outline the effectiveness on own practice in order to have development and use of
resources in own specialist area.

TASK A: Resource Report
1.1 Explaining the purpose of resources in teaching and learning
The resources used in teaching is considered to be the important resources that helps the
teachers to provide the effective learning to the students. The teaching material are the type of
resources that is used by the teachers in order to provide and convey the instructions to the
students. These are the important part for the teachers in order to have the better connection with
the students by providing them better and effective learning. These resources helps the teachers
to have the supportive teaching and helps them to have variation in their teaching. As there are
some students who used to have mental issue by which they used to face the difficulties in
understanding the information (Marín and et.al., 2022). By this it helps the teacher to have the
differentiation and learn new approaches of teaching. By using the ICT abilities helps the
teachers to have fast teaching and this helps the students to gain knowledge and have the faster
learning. In order to have the better understanding to the students, the teachers use more assets in
order to increase the motivation level of the individuals. The teachers can also use the VLE
(Virtual learning program) which helps the students to have the fast and better learning. As there

is the great use of online resources which makes easier for teachers and for students as well to
have the better understanding in their learning.
1.2 Evaluating effectiveness of resources to meet individual learning in teaching
Resources are the very useful as these are the supporting tools in the teaching and
learning to the individuals. This used to provide the flexibility in order to access the files and
material that is used in teaching. It is very important to meet the needs of the individuals as these
are the learners. The teacher of HR must provide them better learning that helps them to know
about the effectiveness of the resources which is used in teaching and learning. There are some
ways in order to review the effectiveness of the resources that is used in the teaching of the HRM
(Berlinger and Zacharias, 2019). The teacher can take the feedback from the students or from
colleagues which helps them to know where they are falling in order to provide best teaching and
learning to the students. The teacher can take the feedback or can have the observation sheet in
order to know that the students has learnt about the HRM. As the main aim of teachers is to
provide the best learning to the students which helps them to have great leaning in their course.
By taking the feedback from the external people which used to provide the best sources in order
to review the effectiveness of the resources used in teaching and learning. The teacher can use
the power point in order to make the students to learn by showing them slides which helps them
to have effectiveness in their learning.
2.1 Analysing the principles of resource design
By designing and creating the resource on the HRM in order to teach best the students
there are some principles must be followed. By linking with the resources with the most
preferred style of learning helps to have the best resources of teaching. Having the power point
presentation, Auditory and visual learning style is used to have the proper use of the resources.
There are various principles of resource design which includes meeting learning needs, Fit- for
purpose, simple measure of learning which includes SMOG learning, etc. The Visual, Auditor
and Kinaesthetic (VAK) is the best style of teaching to the learners which helps them to learn
them in various ways (Wittmann and et.al., 2019). By taking the SMOG readability test this
helps the teachers to know about the readability of the text to check that the sentences are clear
and not be more complex. By having the cost effective method helps to have the use of the
resources properly. By downloading the teaching material by using the internet helps me to gain
the knowledge in order to provide the better learning to the students. By using this material it

resources I used in my teaching is cost effective and are in sequence with the policies and
procedures of the organization.
2.2 Evaluating the sources to have resources development
Resource development is defined as the development that used to take place without
affecting the market and helps to grow in the specialist area. These resources helps the
individuals to achieve and meet their needs. The teacher must utilize the available resources
wisely which helps them to provide the better learning to the students. The utilization of the
resources in the proper manner helps them to have better teaching in the future. This will help the
teacher to develop its personal and organizational skills, knowledge and abilities in the specialist
area. As a teacher I used to explore the good practices with my colleagues in free time in the staff
room or by having the meetings of the teachers and by watching them while they used to teach in
classroom (Ademiluyi, 2019). By this it helps me to develop my skills and to develop my own
resources in HRM. I also used to make the learning material for the students which helps me and
students to learn better and easily. By taking the books and other journals from the library on
HRM as the resources helps to provide the best learning to the teachers. As the teacher of HRM I
also used the resources by having the good communication with the other professionals bodies.
By referring to the other subject books and journals helps me to have the good research in order
to understand the ways which makes me to develop my resources.
2.3 Analysing theories, principles and models of inclusive curriculum
There are various theories and principles that helps to build the resources in order to have
the development in the resources. In order to have the motivation, I used to have the different
level of Maslow's Hierarchy of needs. This model used to describe the level of degree pyramid in
order to manage the resources and make the students satisfied in their learning. The Maslow's
need of hierarchy used to state that there are five stages of the motivation which includes
physiological needs, safety needs, love and belongingness needs, esteem and self- actualization
needs (Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, 2022). By having the focus on all these needs helps the
students and teachers to have the best resources in order to have good learning and teaching.
I have increased my resources by using the Kolb's learning cycle in order to make the
good educational plan. This helps me to provide the best learning to the students and increases
their learning style. This model is the best learning process in which the knowledge is the

inclusion of the combination in order to grasp and transform the experience. This makes me to
have the best learning style to my students and helps me learn more.
2.4 Analysing the ways in which resources can be adapted
There are many ways in which the resources can be adapted in order to have the inclusive
approach in the HRM. In the teaching practice, the teachers can make the material which helps
them to have the updated research on their teaching. By having the material they must do the
SMOG test readability which helps them to ensure that the material used to contain the right
information (Bryson and Andres, 2020). In my class there were some learners which does not
used to understand fast, so n order to this I have make the handwritten notes for them in easy
language which helps them to understand easily. I also used the Power Point presentations that
makes me to provide the learning in the better way and by this the students of HRM used to
understand easily. As the technology is changing on the rapid basis I used to make them learn by
the projector by highlighting and colouring the main areas in the HRM course. I also must make
sure that the resources such as lighting and classroom seats must be in proper manner which
helps the students to have safety while learning. By making the equality in the classroom it
makes the students to have the motivation while learning. As equality helps the students and
teachers to be treated equally while having learning in the classroom.
5.1 Effectiveness of own practice and use of resources to meet individual needs
The teachers must believe that the learners used to require the equal hopes, satisfaction
and education in their learning. As there is some difference between the students, some used to
learn fast and some takes the time to understand the same thing. It is very important for the
teachers to meet the needs of the learners in the area which they are teaching. By using the
resources like used of Power point presentation helps me to provide the better and attractive
teaching to the students which have them the good visual impact on them (Cobanoglu, Sertel and
Sarkaya, 2018). As the teacher I have also provided them the flexible and ex tented learning
opportunities which makes them to have the better learning in the area of human resource
management. By encouraging the students in their learning makes them to have the independent
learning and to have the proper use of time. The handwritten notes helps me a lot in order to
provide the better learning by using the materials. By this it helps the students to meet their
individual needs in their area of learning that is human resource management.

3.1 Explaining the ways in which resources can be classified
There are different types of the resources which is required to be taken into the consider
by classifying in turn accomplishing the objectives. In order to become able to store the data in
the appropriate manner in the specified specialization it is important to focus on having emphasis
on distinct form of the computer files such Pdfs, JPEG, PNG, SVG and MP4. These all the
options are helpful in accomplishing the objective of ensuring that h information which is
required to be derived to the learners are provided effectively. This s well provides assistance in
gaining the ability to get assurance that recorded data is safe and secured & easily transferable to
meet the goal of offering reliable insights.
For classification distinct pattern such as having appropriate for retrieval, management &

social networking and published news and journals. By using these resources helps the teachers
to gain in their learning and make them to grow in the teaching line. By having the proper

professionals as this is the online platform (Vainker and Bailey, 2018). As the teacher has made

5.1 Evaluation of effectiveness of own practice in the use of resources to engage with learners
During my experience with teaching the HR to a group of students I was able to utilize
the effect resources of the SWEET analysis (14 Effective Ways to Meet the Individual Needs of
Students, 2021). This was fit for this study of HR as it helped the learners to be suitable in the
level of good visual impact, legibility of printed materials and recognition of the different
challenges which the students needed to adapt. I was able to understand that the extent of the
learning opportunities which the students of HR were able to gain was very effective and the use
of new and emerging technologies encouraged them to gain independence in the learnings, cost-
effectiveness and being able to gain appropriate use of time and materials.
5.2 Identification of personal strengths and areas of improvement for improving learners needs
Strengths :
The different strengths which I had while teaching the learners were related to the
confidence. The way in which I was able to deliver the different sources of the legibility of

that the benefits of my effective performance was able to help the student gain better knowledge
