information (Zhou and et.al., 2018). On the other hand, secondary method is another method of data
collection in which secondary sources such as books, journals, articles, internet and other sources
are being used to complete the study. So, it makes use of information that has been already gathered
or published and derive useful information pertaining to the study from it. The advantages of
making use of secondary data collection method is that it is less time and cost consuming that
results in good outcome. While, there has to be lot of time, efforts as well as expense need to be
made in order to proceed with primary research. In context of study related to “Block Chain in
Human resources”, secondary data collection has been used that helps in easily accessing the
required information in minimum time and cost (Chivanga & Monyai, 2021).
Ethical considerations
Ethical consideration is one of the most important elements in the research as it helps in
ensuring reliability and validity of the research. It provides guideline related to the way scholar has
to responsibly needs to conduct research while completing the study. So, ethics are moral principles

reliability and validity will be considered. It is very important to consider the reliability and validity
while conducting a research and more specifically when conducting a quantitative research. They
provide information on to what extent the finding of the report can be reproduced at the time when
the research is under some conditions (Mohajan, 2017). They also explain the extent up-to which
the result can measure what they were intended to measure. The reliability and validity of the
research is not established through any single study but through the patterns of outcomes of various
researches. It is an ongoing process. Reliability and validity are the measure of a work which
represents how a research works and can be applied under various situations. If the research or
study is nor reliable and valid the author has to stop using it.

operations. As blockchain technology is much secure because it is distrubuted and decentralized. It

development of network society. It is method that is used by the human resource department to store
information about the employees, their overall performances. In order to find out key strategies that
could be used to improve their overall performance and productivity for growth and expansion of
business. It helps HR manager in keeping records of salary provided to employees, contain their
personal detailed and many more information that are useful in management of individuals within
the company. Furthermore, block chain also contributes employees to have control over their own
data such as payment and other benefits provided by the company.
In recent years, the use of block chain has been increased. Block chains prevent various
issues in digitization. From the above analysis it can be stated that the blockchins have great
opportunity to establish itself in the human resouces. The high lecvel of security makes the block
chain technology a striong match for the HR manageement that is commonly charged with
manageemtn of huge amounts of sencitive data abou the companies and its employees. It was also
analysed that it could work on both the sides of employer relationships. It allows the individulas to
