A project management is process of planning, executing, organising, etc. of various

management which are followed in it. The present project is based on the Bloomsbury induction
day. Report will lay emphasis on the scope of the project. It will also provide assessment related
to the risk management and also provide the details about the communication plan.
SECTION 1-SCOPE MANAGEMENT PLAN

been taken by them for the employees who are going to join their firm recently. All the managers
are been involved in preparing for it.
Project Scope: The project scope is really wide, it will help Bloomsbury in enhancing the
motivation level of the employees through induction training (Meredith, Mantel and Shafer,
2017). This will be beneficial for the growth of firm.
Assumptions: These are the events which happen to appear during the time when project is
been implemented. It has been assumed that there can be barriers while preparing for the
induction day. The barriers can be related to management of human resource
Constraints: here, time of overall project completion is calculated. It shows that what things
are to be done at which date and time. The other components which are useful for the completion
of project are scope and cost (Turner, 2016).
Project roles and responsibilities: There are various roles and responsibilities related to the
project, in this the project manager needs to be involved in preparing project plan and also
recruiting the staff for completion of project.
Project WBS: This breaks the task in the more simplified version, that is useful for achieving the
goals and objectives.
