Business is define purchasing and selling of goods and services to satisfied the customers
by fulfil there requirements. Many kind of profit and loses are also included in these activities (
Allweyer, T., 2016). In this report Bloomsbury Institute is the base company. This organisation
provide business management coerces for students. This institute was founded in 2002 in
London. In this report focus on the function Ares and hierarchy of management. Beside it why
communication is in leadership and management. Drivers of globalisation and their impact on
business is also discussed in this report and also focus on the compression of leadership style and
management.
2. Functional Ares of Bloomsbury Institute
This organisation is dealing in many sectors and there are different functional are which
provide different services and help that organisation in target achievement. These different
functional are play an important role for Bloomsbury Institute and those are as.

sections like top management, middle management and first level management. These all are
play an important role in the growth of the Bloomsbury Institute. So brief description of these all
are as given.
Top level management: So top level management is also known as the executive level
management. All the top authority of the organisation is included in it like, chairmen, vice
precedent, board of directors and chief executive are also include in it. All these are mange

decision maker as well as shareholder of the organisation.
Middle level management: General manager and regional manager are included in it
and they both are the top authority of general management (Erasmus, Strydom and Rudansky-
Kloppers, eds., 2016 ). Client relations, operation management and sales & marketing, team
management are comes under general manager. Whole strategies related top the business,
promotional strategies are comers under regional manger and it is the responsibility top report
general manager.
First line management: all the authority of fist level management are like supervision,
off8ice management are include in it. They are a tool between middle level and first level.

directly communicate with there employees.
