The approach made to making changes would be based on the following steps:
1. Identifying Requirements for the Change
2. Budget allocation
3. Communicating with Client
4. Involving an Experienced Project Manager
Definitions of Change:
Schedule change: Schedule would be changed after allocation of activities and
included resources.
Budget change: The budget would be changed as per the allocation of human
resources and material resources.
Scope change: The changes to the project scope would be based on the identification
of the various changes that are required towards the project.
Project document changes: Each of the changes made towards the project would be
documented and prepared for the change managers.
