This research project, conducted by a student, investigates behaviors that support equality and diversity in the workplace, with The Blues Kitchen restaurant in London as a case study. The study includes both primary and secondary research, with a literature review providing background context and a questionnaire used for primary data collection. The report explores the need and importance of equality and diversity, identifies challenges faced by the restaurant, and proposes strategies to overcome them. The methodology section details the research philosophy, approach, and methods, including the use of a quantitative research method and a simple random sampling technique. The report is structured to cover the introduction, literature review, methodology, data analysis, research outcomes, conclusion, and recommendations, and includes reflections on the effectiveness of the research methods.
