INTRODUCTION
Global business environment is defined as the environment in different countries which
can influence the business organisation and its operations and various other activities. It is very
important for the business organisation to understand the internal and external factors that can
impact the company in its productivity. Watches of Switzerland is a British retailer of Swiss
watches and has 16 stores in United Kingdom. It is headquartered in Braunstone, England which
is listed in London stock exchange and is constituent of the FTSE(Rugman and Verbeke, 2017).
This report include the pestle analysis in context of watches of Switzerland.

it is tool used by the business organisation to determine the macro or external forces
which can influence the business organisation and its operations. Here the analysis is in context
of Watches of Switzerland(Kasemsap, 2018). Political factor- These factors play a very important role in in investment decision of an

work force productivity make enable them to hire skilled work force at the competitive

Technological factor- This aspect concerns about the innovation and development
required in the technologies within the business organisation. Such factors include the
digital marketing,research and development, artificial intelligence etc. As the technology
is evolving so it is very important for the watches of Switzerland to meet the technologies

From the above report it is concluded that every business organisation is require to
consider the external factors by using the PESTLE analysis tool in order to achieve its goals and
objectives. Watches of Switzerland need to focus on the political and technological factors in
order to adopt the new technologies and advancement in its product. Also the impact of
economic factor can disturb the operations of the company so it needs to increase the product
piece and increase in the quality of the products.
