INTRODUCTION
Project refers to a unique and temporary working which have defined initial and end time
together with defined resources (Alioua and Simon, 2017). Likewise, Project management could
be said to application of tools, capabilities, knowledge and techniques for activities so to meet all
requirements associated to a project. Camden Sickle Cell and Thalassaemia Service Group is
involved in a project for providing service sustainable ways so to raise fund for the Forum over
upcoming duration.
The project highlights about network diagram, undertake stakeholder analysis and work
breakdown structure. It also includes preparation of risk analysis and strategies for dealing with
all. At last, it covers critical analysis of project management methodology with reason.
TASK 1
Network diagram
It is a graphical representation of entire project as well as composition of series of
connected boxes addition to arrows which illustrates inter relationship among activities which
are part of the project (Edwards, Vaz Serra and Edwards, 2020). For Camden Sickle Cell and

In mentioned above Figure 1, blue and orange color lines denotes activities in music event of

time that is taken to complete the project which is 1, 2, 4, 5, 9, 10, 21 and 22 whose possible
shortest duration is 1 + 14 + 7 + 7 + 2 + 84 + 1 + 10 days that are equal to 116 days.

Stakeholders refers to a party which have keen interest in an organisation and are impacted
by policies or projects. Analysis of external and internal stakeholders with interest and power for

Stakeholders analysis is a framework of systematically gathering addition to analysing
qualitative information about interest and powers with each involved parties when developing or

with communication strategies are as mentioned:

interest. Making use of multiple communication modes for updating stakeholders is the

Group in the music event is divisional structure in which groups all functions in division that
includes all necessary roles, responsibilities and resources to complete working. It makes easier
for project managers to assign responsibilities for people about actions along with outcomes
