INTRODUCTION
Project management is the simple process to set up any project and deliver the best result.
In the same way, current study is also based upon to introduce Music festival and for that report
will describe three management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall and Scrum. Further, the
study will also describe the relationship between all activities and dependencies using Gantt
chart and critical path, report also present stakeholder analysis and work breakdown structure
that helps define all element of the project in better way. Lastly, report will describe five
different types of risk with their mitigation strategies.
TASK 1
Three management methodologies
Agile: It is the process in which project breakdown into smaller piece in order to run
from design phase to make sure about quality assurance. Thus, the method also help the team to
adopt changes quickly and also deliver fast work.
Advantages: this method assist to get feedback immediately so that further action can be taken
and also helps to responding about change (Layton and Ostermiller, 2017). Moreover, project
manager also detect and fix issues in order to deliver best project.
Disadvantages: It is not easy to measure progress immediately because of having several cycles.
Further, It also demand for more time and energy for getting interact with each other to
understand entire project (Serrador and Pinto, 2015).
Waterfall: It is another project management approach in which project manager attain
aim be developing short goals and their ultimate aim is to execute plan (Stoica and et.al., 2016).
It is the first software development methodology which is mainly used in software engineering
and product development.
Advantages: the biggest advantage of using such method is that it provide clear structure and
also determine end goals in clear manner. So that it will help to transfer information in well
manner. Through this method, team members can better plan using multiple project at same time.
Disadvantages: It is not easy to cope up with changes in easy manner and sometimes it also
delay the testing until after the completion (Theocharis and et.al., 2015). Moreover, if researcher
uses this method will further require extensive research into user needs and also difficult yo
customize.

Scrum: It is another project management methodologies which helps to deliver working
products with more business value on order to manage the work in better way. Further, this
method is consider one of the widely used method that helps to attain software agility (Permana,
2015). In this method, the work is done in short cycle which is known as sprints and even team
also meets daily in order to discuss current task.
Advantages: this methodology helps to remove mistakes and also rectifies them so that it will be
easy for the project manager to cope up with sudden changes. This method also involve
customers in order to make sure about results.
Disadvantages: Through this method, team member feels pressurize and as a result, they spent a
large amount of time for delivering best project (Lin and et.al., 2015). Further, if any team
member leave the process, it creates negative impact upon the entire project.

Path 2: 1 + 2 +5 + 9+ 10 + 21+22

Thus, both critical path takes minimum time to completed the project, therefore, project
manager may easily choose these path in order to complete the project because it takes minimum
time for its completion.
TASK 3
Stakeholder analysis
Stakeholder analysis is that process which helps to identify key people who help to
complete the project such that grouping them according to the level of participation, interest and
also influence in the project so that they helps to attain aim and objectives (Bosse and et.al.,
2019). Make sure that there is a proper communication between each stakeholder so that they
meet the define aim. For this project key stakeholder are :

External stakeholder: They are those groups or individuals who perform work outside a
business (Jones, Wicks and Freeman, 2017). Such that Suppliers Business partners, Government,
Competitors, Customers, Investors, Shareholders, Public relations.
Internal Stakeholder: These are those people who are within a business such that they directly
or indirectly involve in operational process because they creates direct impact upon strategies.

Cost While preparing for music festival, it is analyzed that budget is not enough
and it require additional money. At that time, make sure that forecasting of

budget is proper and stakeholder may use personal saving to complete the
project in better way
Time In order to meet entire activities in specific time, team should be properly
managed and responsibilities should be assigned as per their capabilities.
Slip and fall
injury
During concert, chances of injury is higher at that time, hire a team who
provide first aid safety measures to cope up with this situation (Harris, 2017).
Human resource There may be chances of shortage of human resource, at that time project
manager should make sure that they make an alternative option that helps to
mitigate problem of HR shortage.
Security Make sure that music festival have proper alarm system and fire extinguisher
that helps to let people know that there is an emergency. Make sure that
emergency exit should be planned at the time of facing any emergency.
CONCLUSION
By summing up above report it has been concluded that all three methodologies are used
for special purpose and for the current study, agile methodology is suitable because it helps to
meet the aim by developing short goal. Further, report also concluded two critical path that may
be used by project manager in order to introduce music festival and analyses both internal as well
as external key stakeholder who also assist to reach at defined aim. Lastly, report concluded five
types of risk such as cost, time, security, shortage of human resource and slip and fall injury with
different mitigation strategies as well.
