Introduction
In this fasting running world, competition is taking a wider place so in that situation,
business consulting requirement improve effectiveness. Basically business consulting is helpful
to detect the problems and solving the existing problems which are experiencing by the
organization. Through business consultants, companies can protect from the threats, provide
innovative ideas in order to improve their performance and productivity level (Anbarasan, 2018).
This report is based on the two organizations like London School of Science and Technology and
Fairfield School of Business, both colleges situated in United Kingdom and providing good
effective knowledge to their students. The prime motive of this report is to identify the problems
which are facing by these clients, determine the influence of the external environment factors.
Moreover, this report will analyze top 3 issues which are experiencing by both clients.
Main Body
1. Clarify who your client is, and what is the problem they are facing
There are two clients are involved in this report which are facing some specific problems
that are discussed below -
Client 1: LSST London School of Science and Technology
LSST university is a private college founded in 2003, this college offering various
courses related with the management, IT, computing , business and social care. The main
concern of this college is to improve the strength of the students so that college can earn more
revenue. In this time, LSST is facing problem is their HR department. The main problem
employee’s retention, because of covid-19 pandemic, the situation of the education sector disturb
a lot. After the pandemic situation, the financial system of college and other institutions became
low so employee retention problem occurred because employees want high salary but because of
financial situations colleges are not able to pay more money to their staff. Employee turnover
rate is increasing day by day that is affecting the performance of the college (Anwar and
et.al.,2020).

Client 2: FSB Fairfield School of Business
Fairfield School of Business (FSB) is considered as the community based learning provider
established in the Croydon, England. The main problem is facing by this school is related with
the ITC. In this time, online learning is taking a wider place in each and every student’s life. In
order to providing online classes, it is necessary for the school to improve their technological
applicability so that it will more possible to arrange virtual classes for their students easily
(Bronnenmayer, Wirtz and Göttel, 2016).
2. Using research, break the problem down by critically analyzing and presenting

Client 1 : LSST London School of Science and Technology
In order to resolve the problem which college is facing right now, it is necessary for the
college to break down of all the problems and analyze the whole situation aspects. It is
determined that there are various factors which are important for the client like competitors,
target customers market and impact of the external environmental factors. The main problem is
facing by the college is related with their employees because most of the employees of their
College are quitting the job and employee turnover rate increasing day by day (Canziani and
Tullar, 2017). As per to solve this problem, LSST manager need to identify the current marketing
situations of their competitors so that it college can effectively prepare full proof strategy as for
their competitors status. After that college needs to focus on their target customer market and
then analyzed the influence of external environmental factors such as political factor, economical
factor, social factor, technological factor, legal and environmental factors (Sheingate, 2016). All
these factors can provide direct and indirect impact on the internal and external performance of
the college so it is necessary to generalize these factors in order to prepare an appropriate

strategy. As per to solve this problem, college need to provide their employees a job security and
also some specific monetary benefits so that they can satisfy. HR manager of the college need to
conduct strategic hiring process so that manager can higher potential employees and also provide
chances to the fresher who can easily ready for the convenient salary package cause the main
concern of that particular candidate is gaining the academic experience (D'ASCENZO and

Client 2: FSB Fairfield School of Business
FBS College is now facing, it is vital for the college to break down all of the issues and analyze
all parts of the scenario. It has been found that a number of critical aspects for the client include
competitors, target customer markets, and the impact of external environmental conditions. The
college primary issue related with the technology because lack of technological involvement,
college is not pay more attention on the online classes and in this time online classes are on
Trend and everyone want to take online classes . Because of covid-19 situation, people use to
avoid more interaction from the other people and prefer to attend online classes. In order to
solve the problem it is necessary for the college is to analyze the whole scenario and then take
appropriate steps (Enke and et. al., 2017). FBS manager needs to conduct a meeting and then
discuss this problem with their participated members in order to find out a better solution for the
development of the college. FBS also need to analyze the whole market situation and identify the
actual state of their rivals so that it college can easily formulate appropriate planning in order to
take more competitive advantages (Galea, 2017). FBS college need to generalize the whole
factors of external environment so that it can effectively identify that technological factors is
considered as the external environmental factor which provide adverse impact on the
performance of the college. It is necessary for the college to improve their technological ability
in order to show their active participation to conduct online classes for their students (Salikov,
Logunova and Kablashova, 2019).

Client 1 : LSST London School of Science and Technology
As for the current situations of the college there are three issues are identified by the manager of
the college. All these three issues are providing adverse impact on the effectiveness of the
college to in order to resolve all these three issues manager of the college is showing their more
concern (Nissen and et. al., 2019). The explanation about all these top three issues which are
experiencing by the LSST is as follows -
1. High employee’s turnover
2. Low employee’s retention
4. Declining the profitability
All these issues are considered as the top three issues which are facing by the London School of
Science and technology. The main motive of the college is to resolve all these issues so that
college can effectively improve their performance and profitability level. In order to resolve
these issues, LSST manager need to conduct a strategic planning process and provide some
specific benefits to their employees so that they don't want to quit their job (Laudien and
Daxböck, 2017).
Client 2: FSB Fairfield School of Business
The college's present circumstances are divided into three categories, according to the college's
manager. All three concerns are having a negative impact on the college's effectiveness, thus the
college's manager is displaying increased care in order to tackle all three issues. The following is
an explanation of the top three challenges that the FSB college are dealing with -
1. Low level of technological applicability
2. Less involvement of the students

As for the current situations of the Fairfield School of Business, all these top three issues are
identified by the manager of the college. The main concern of the manager is to generalize the
whole situation carefully and arrange a meeting with the keep participating members and
shareholders of the college so that they can take decision in order to adopt the high-level of
technologies. With the help of technologies, college can effectively arrange online sessions for
their students and also provide online classes of those students who are not able to come to
attend class in college (Lin and et.al. 2016).
Conclusion
According to this report , it can be concluded that the importance of the business consulting is
more because it can helpful to detect the exact problem of the organization and also pay more
attention to solve the problem effectively. In this report, the problems of two clients are
discussed; both clients are facing different issues. One client is facing issue related with the
employee’s turnover and retention and another client is facing issues related with the technology.
This report highlighted top three issues which are facing by the both clients.
