INTRODUCTION
The business consulting is primarily an implementation and practicing of all plans and
education system that are required for framing all completing projects and assignment. In order
to increase the business knowledge, it serves some important principles which are essential for
individual to manage them for a better understanding of the business activities. It maintains and
improves overall activities of the business model (Burd, 2019). In this report, a case study is
give based on the London School of Science and technology in which a detailed understanding
of marketing analysis is being framed. This report will cover the different marketing issues faced
in student’s recruitment; resolve the problem with HR regarding their function and other
activities. It will also provide an analysis of the problem and their appropriate solutions.

Background of the client
The business consultancy offer career with it the restraints and limitations, ir also offer
training for those persons who wanting to widen their managerial experience and ladder of the
promotion to the senior management position within the industry to those who are ready to
accepts all challenges and discipline of profession (Gomes, 2019).
Main purpose is to opt and develop the knowledge and skills about given topic with some
general research and information being managed. The business consulting assist in gathering all
the information about a particular topic in order to maintain the performance of a business. LSST
implies to have London School of Science and technology with the management of higher
education in respective four campuses. This client is operating and managing all learning
opportunities. Around 4000 students has to read on the regular basis in order to manage the
business activities. The students take part and manage all the working activities on regular basis
with maintain the general activities.
The LSST is primarily a client who has faced in regarding to the information technology
departments that are like recruitment of students and become highly saturated in mean time. Due
to this, there is a shifting in market recreating of all teaching methods to know negative effect on
the business.HRM of the LSST help the company to resolve the issues in relation to sectional
and recruitment of the student during managing and developing business practices. It is core
component of the IT and HR department as it implies to have abilities and skills in which they
are focusing to recruit the workers for several marketing methods for the management of
business activities.

This business model helps the company to divide the market in different segment and
department for the workers through which they focus to meet all the targeting customers. It
focuses on to attain and provide the information to all people for managing the chosen market
condition. It is analyzed that, all the business organization analysis focus on managing
performance and analyzing of the market place. The LSST uses it to divide all the recruitment
problems with demographic, behavioral, psycho graphic and
Demographic- The LSST implement age and education of all courses in which the students were
managing to push and maintain the student’s entrance.
Geographic- The LSST have an achievable areas and they also mange the campus in changeable
areas and other multiple locations (Nayak Akbari and Far, 2019).
Psycho graphic- It is helpful in resolving the problems and issues with clients for recruitment in
relation to the issues about all learning and marketing methods through which the changes in
student’s mind with increasing in the student’s opt.
Target the customer market
It is defines as the group of all the customers that help the company to identify their
needs and wants on the basis of which they produce goods and services. It serves out in
managing and proliferate the customer’s identification in which they assess development of the
organizational performance it has been analyzed that the LSST target and focus on the student’s
group of 18 to 30 years and also manage their target on them. It is identified that the students can
develop and implement their all learning skills for building their future career. The LSST help to
conduct the online events in pandemic, there they manage and proliferates the orientation session
by inviting all the students to manage and complete their higher education for the business
school geographic (Kim, Cho and Kim, 2019).

In this general explanation, all the organizational business activities are underlined

competitors of the LSST in the Transactions Global Solution Limited and FSB.

advancement t is the innovation and digitalization that were being made to manage the growth of
sectors effectively. The information technology department of the LSST imposes all the new
learning features with that they can operate and also manage learning for the student within their
working nature. The legal factors also impose the law and government regulations in training,
education and working nature. To maintain the concern for environment, LSST can frame
corporate social responsibility to applied in all areas in order to avoid the wastage (Meléndez
Lem and et. al., 2020).

It has been analyzed that, to manage the working effectively, business is very crucial part
in all areas and it has been required to manage the organizational activities. It is observed that to
maintain proper and effective working, an individual has to manage a good working pattern and
skills that are required to be opted in all areas. The human resource management also required to
implement effective strategies through which they can apply information department in order t
underlined and learning ability and management is being required. It is recommended that the
LSST should impose all the method in which they are able to opt and frame such activities with
that students can gain the offer and better facilities for their recruitment. To manage the working
better and effectively, it is required to have problem solving skill, good communications kill and
other variability to be managed. It is needed use of the technology and innovation to be opted
with that the new learning can be implemented for developing the business and is growth.

Form the above report it is conclude that the business consulting is primarily the research
areas that help in gathering and collecting all information regarding to the business activities. It
also evaluates and manages the performance to focus and manage all the function to work
accurately. It is analyzed that the student’s recruitment is an important part for managing LSST.
Information department implies for covering the management of human resources, where they
can implicate all ethnical, communication and time management operational activities. it is also
