discussion, they came to identify the major issues which is influencing the school growth and
widely affecting the productivity and results.

The school is facing the two major problems in their business which are recruitment and
marketing strategy. The human resource management is not able to identify and hire the suitable
employee who can provide the education for the new course and also not able to increase the
marketing of the new subjects. In business, it is important to recruit the suitable and fitted
employee for their work process and also required to increase the promotional activities to attract
and approach the maximum number of customers and students effectively (Seifert, and Nissen,

business growth and development. It contains four factors such as political, economic, social and
technologies in order determine the effectiveness in the school business.
Political : The political factor introduces the components which includes the government
interference and creating the laws and regulation which is important and essential to implement
by the every business occupation. In this way, the school business gets affecting when the
government or upper authorities change and modify the guidelines related to the recruitment and
marketing strategies which directly impacts the school performance and growth (Deshmukh, and
Haleem, 2020). Let's consider that the government has implemented the laws in which the school
business have to recruit the employee of the particular nation only.
Economic : Economic plays a vital role in the business occupation. In the school of science and
technology they can be affected by the increase and decrease of the economic values. For
example, during the Covid19 pandemic the schools are affected from which the management
were not able to recruit the people or employee in the definite manner. The economic factor
influenced the growth of the business and created a huddle for them in recruitment and
promotional strategies.

resource department. It has been also evaluated from the project report that education distributors
organization influence from the performance and activities of their different department, so they

and performance identification. This study has been also evaluated issues and activities of
marketing and human resource department affects on new opportunity expansion.
