This report is based on case study of The Landon School of Science & Technology (LSST).
It is privately managed organization for higher education, founded by Mr Syed Zaidi in 2003.
The vision is to support or encourage social cohesion and local community. This report will
cover campus, position, mission, environment of culture sector of LSST. This report will also
evaluate the role of technology, and impact of covid-19 on LSST (Alsawaier, 2018). Further,
with the help of this, HR manager determine the key areas of improvement and strength that
helps to improve the business. This report will also analyse availability and varieties of supply
which is being offered. Moreover, this report will also analysis management issue which is faced
by the LSST. In addition to this, it will also study how company attract, motivate and retain their

LSST keep their employers or techniques to attract new employers
LSST had low retention ratio due to the external factor, low quality of training and
development programme, lack of self-satisfaction. But currently. In order to improve the same,
there is a need to focus upon Training and development session by HR so that productivity of
personnel improved. As every person want to grow in the life, HR of company also providing
high pay, efficient training and development program, adopting different motivation techniques
to increase the retention ratio (Cowperthwaite and et.al., 2019). In addition to this, it adopts the
new techniques to attract the new employer who has long years of experience to contribute in
their organization. Moreover, HR of LSST coordinate with marketing department in order to
provide advertisement in the newspaper about the job requirement, also use interview to select
the right candidate for the suitable position.

CONCLUSION
This report has analysed the environment of LSST to analyse the management issue. The
HR of LSST is performing well to satisfy the students but to retain the employers it is required to
provide the training and development program. Moreover, it is offering updated courses to
students so that their interest keeps maintain. Further, organization also use updated technology
in the working environment which help to reduce duplication and make encouraging working
environment. Moreover, HR uses motivation techniques (financial and non-financial) to inspire
