INTRODUCTION
This is the report which is going to analyse the client's problem in an effective manner.
This will further help to improve the knowledge and skills of the individual and help them to
become better for their future opportunities. The client is provided with the best consulting
services. In this case the client is LSST (Cerruti, Tavoletti, E. and Grieco, 2019) . In this report
there will be brief discussion about the weak points which helps the individual to further develop
multiple skills and knowledge. For further instance, there are various activities which is been
carried out properly in order to reduce the skills gaps.

TASK 1
Skills which has been developed
After doing the project of LSST I was able to understand the areas in which the client
was lacking. There are multiple skills which needs to be enhanced in an effective manner in
order to attain the best results. I was not able to understand various issues while doing this
project. This is the major area in which I was lacking. There are multiple models which is been
used in order to asses the clients problem. With the help of internal and external analysis it help
to understand about the issues in a strategic manner (Fierro, 2019). The issues can be resolved
with the help of proper plan and strategies. There are various skills which can help me in the
future. I was able to improve my critical thinking skills in order to solve various complex
problems. I have also enhanced my communication skills to establish an effective
communication for this project. In this new era of digitalisation. I have enhanced my
technological skills. I have learned the use of new technological tools which helps me to achieve
success in the future.
Learning from this particular project
Before starting this project I got confuse in multiple things. I was not aware about the
client problem. LSST needs to improve their strategies and formularise the best digital campaign
which can pursue their growth in the market. I have understand that they are getting the problem
while doing marketing. The online teaching programs helps me to analyse the project issues in a

more comprehensive manner. I was able to work with the team in a coordinated manner while
indulging in the activities.
The major thing learned form this project is developing the skill of critical thinking which
will help me to capitalise on different career oriented opportunities (Harmon, Ellender, and
Draper, 2018). These skills will carry out the best results for the future uncertainties and help me
to achieve a better growth over a period of time.
Level of confidence Improved
I was able to improve my confidence while completing this project. The communication
skills will help to establish an effective communication with various other individuals (Hunt, and
Blevins, 2019). I will perform better in the future opportunities and I can complete these types
of project in a systematic manner. The confidence level can be enhanced with the help of these
particular skills and help to carry out the desired objectives in the market.
Uses of the learning in the upcoming future
There are multiple skills which can help me to perform better in the uncertain situations
(Lackner, 2018). There are various skills which includes Critical thinking, communication, time
management etc. I can achieve the desired job position for the future and attain success. The
work will also be managed in a strategic manner. In the upcoming future there are various
advantages which will help to become more structured and help me to become better in every
manner.

I was able to analyse various areas in which I was lacking. These skills will help me to
become more work oriented and better in the future. The three skills which I have analysed is
Critical thinking, Communication skill, Time management etc. The main aim is to become better
in every and improve these skills in a strategic manner.
