INTRODUCTION
Management of the organisation includes the operational as well as the functional aspects
with the goal of accomplishing larger term of productivity and profitability(Chan and et. al.,
2021). It also involves various issues that happen because of the fluctuating features of the firm
and it immediately have an affect on the employees or workers and also the associates or
executives of the firm. So by this, it is very much essential to evolute skills or capabilities in
order to sort the conflicts and challenges of the consumers. The following report will cover the
book of the skills gaps that are analysed in the method of the learning. The following project will
also determine learning and career action plan in an effectual way.
MAIN BODY
TASK 1
Some skills have a person developed and/or increased as a outcome of the project?
There is a project of the college of report making in which I have took part as the manager in the
human resource department in order to sort the challenges or conflicts in the company. As I have
observed there is enhancement in workers retention on a daily basis (Janer Hidalgo and Úcar,
2020). It is the base factor because of the that I have analysed about the workers and the common
challenges in the organisation. The meeting has an effective impact and also plays an essential
role in the sorting out the issues of the employees or workers which helped me in gaining better
communicational skills and at the time of resolving the problems of the employees, I have also
evaluated that there is need of extreme engagement with the workers or the employees due to
which they can feel more importance and will get encouraged to execute their work with higher
morale in order to accomplish their goals and objectives. The conclusion of this report is that I
have observed that about the changes I felt because of the evolution in my capabilities and skills.
After this group meeting with the faculty of staff, I have gained effective and efficient
communicational skills and capabilities. I also understand the several divisions in the
organisation to introduced the modifications in the employees behaviour or attitude and
characteristic towards the organisation (Lin and Wiegand, 2021) . It is the common reason by
which I have also understand that how to manage my time in accordance to my schedule and
priorities that can also enables in encouraging other employees towards their productivity as well
as the performance. In accordance to assist the staff, I have gained the quality of leadership as I

can now lead a team and can address the needed managerial needs of the goals in an effective
way. As the outcome of it, I am now able to enhance my adequate analytical skills because there
are various situation of circumstances that happen by chance in which I require to solve it and let
employees satisfied with the aid of these capabilities. In this way, I have enhanced my these
skills.
What do you understand now that you did not know in the start of this process?
In the start of this process, there are multifarious course of the practices that are not all
convenient for me to know and execute(Liu and et .al., 2021) . There are various issues and
challenges which are faced by me in the educational projects of the HR. I have evaluated about
the higher academic process. There arwe several difficulties in the HR process in among the
employees, management and organisation as well. Apart from this when I initiated this process, I
faced several difficulties as an HR. As there were several kinds of the problems I got such as
retention of the employees, functional operations and types in the organisation like training,
development, workers organisation, strategies and various more. I got to know that the
operations of the HR can be modify after understanding the needs of the employees. It was not at
all easy for me due to because every candidate deals with their own opinion with any of the
circumstances.
To what extent has your level of confidence improved?
I have observed that there is higher betterment in my motivation as well as the my confidence.
Because of this report I have evaluating that my moral is increasing in the way of communication
and other various stages(López-Carril and et al., 2020) . Before it I was able to work and
communicate properly with the workers but after this report now I am able to socialise properly
with the others. It shows that it helps me in increasing my moral level as I am now easily can talk
to any one.
How could you use your learning in your future career?
With the help of this learning, I have evaluated that it is important for growth as well as success.
The reason after it and I am able to look in the subject of the HR. Therefore, this expertise that
provides me multifarious perks in order to work their vital job duties. I have also analyse that
this experience is not just assisted in my subject of the job but also assist in more fields also, The

main reason of it is that I have make my capabilities improved in this project. It is also not just
effectual for in the field of the human resource but it is also mandatory in my particular field. I
made several qualities of the leadership that improves my chances of the leadership duties in the
organisation(Margaritora and et .al., 2020). It is also observed that it is crucial in an effectual
career opportunities that now organisation need to recruit the employees that are expert in the
particular field.

Problem Solving It is very important to develop the problem solving
skill within the staff members of the company. The
development of these skills helps them to face all the
issues which came in their in a very effective manner.
It is not fixed that what types of issues have been faced
by the staff member. Hence the person should focus on
problem solving abilities to to deal with all the issues.
By doing this they become more capable of
understanding the different situations and identifying
the real issues. In respect to this skill, it is very
important to perform the problem solving task.

This skill also play a very important role in an
individual life. The existence of project management
skill within an individual helps them to manage the
project in a very effective manner. The performance
of the organisation is totally based on the result of the
project so it is very important for the organisation to
develop project management skill within their staff
members. To develop this skill within me I start taking
participate in the multiple projects and I make sure that
I will complete the project with in the set time limit
and with more values. I also start making plan which

collaboration
Teamwork and collaboration play a very important
role not only in the organisation but also in real life.
To develop this skill within me I start performing the
task in group and start communicating with different
individuals so that I can collaborate with them. By

with my seniors as well as with my subordinates.
