INTRODUCTION
Skills are considered to be very important part and a significant component for any job
seeker for the purpose to get a job in well known company or organisation. In order to get
selected in a well known organisation, it is very important that the individual should be highly
skilled. Some knowledge and important skills should be attained through a challenging process.
In the present report, it basically involves the identification of the problems and offering various
solutions. It is basically based on the convenience store which helps in offering its customers
Eastern European products specially from Poland and Romania. For the purpose to identify the
problem, we apply various frameworks which comprises of the solution based tree framework,
SCQA and the prioritization Worksheet. In the present scenario, the problem identified is “Tight
space between the shelves” which results in complaints from various customers. The major
solution which was offered was to buy a large space but also to find the required funds as the
owner was not having the essential funds.
MAIN BODY
TASK 1
Developed skills
After completing my project with the team members, few of skills which usually gained in
specific time period. From every team member, the proper dedication towards these activities
has made in the several skills. Through which I acquired involves improving writing skills,
communication skills, meetings skills, marketing and leadership skills and so on. In context to
my professional career, all these skills plays a really important role and these skills and
knowledge plays a very beneficial role for me in my entire employment life. In different career
goals, these skills are plays essential role for the purpose to get selected in the job for the
purpose to get a higher position(Fumero, Marrero, Voltes and Penate, 2018).
Time management skills: In context to time management skills, it is considered to be a very
important skill as it supports and helps the employees to carry out various responsibilities and

also to perform every responsibility of the company in the most perfect and proper manner or
way.
Presentation skills: These skills plays a very important role in the organisation with
implementing proper presentation of speech and passing information to various stakeholders.
Learnings from past situations
Before performing in the challenging situations with the team members, I am personally
lacking in various skills which plays a very important role in the career life. Prior starting the
activities in the process, I did not have enough knowledge in reference to the communication
process, I did not have enough knowledge in relation to the different types of individuals to
mitigate the challenging situations. In addition to that, I could not perform my writings informal
and also a lot of social media platforms and its application were quite unknown to me. Moreover,
I did not know the right type of performing meetings with various parties. In beginning of the
process starts, I also had very less knowledge in relation to the activities. This program, all of
these are now effectively known which further helped me a lot in gaining skill in these activities.
Confidence Level
In context to confidence level, after facing tough problems with my team members, I
have gained sufficient knowledge and skills. With these skills, plays a very essential role for me
in the near future (Maxwell, Sanders, Skues and Wise, 2020) . Moreover, I have dedicated during
gaining skills with the team members(Liau, Zaeem and Barber, 2020, October). That's the major
reason I have enough expertise on these and also the knowledge I gained during this program,
which I could easily apply in a effective manner in the practical world. Moreover, now I have
enough confidence in my performance in the performance and also in my activities with the help
of right knowledge and skills. With the help of this confidence, for the purpose to learn
knowledge and skills for the various benefits. It also has provided me encouragement for the
purpose to acquire knowledge and skills. As I now have become more skilled due to effective
process of learning. The confidence in mine is usually high as compared to others.

Implementations of the Learnings
At first, I have attended to this challenging situation with the team members for the
purpose to gain knowledge and skills which are applicable in the career life. Based on this aim
and objective, all of these activities are performed. In addition to that, along with the learning of
these skills, I have tried to learn the skills and implementation and knowledge related to in the
practical work life. Moreover, the knowledge and skills are very essential and is very important
in my career (Yun, Lee and Kim, 2019). In addition to that, implementation of these skills in
very much required. For example, in the work life, the employee needs to communicate with
almost every stakeholders of the organisation according to the employees. Furthermore, the
communication skills has made the employee's responsibility much easier because employees
can take better advice from other individuals in the company. In addition to that, leadership skills
plays a very important role which also helps the subordinate employees for the purpose to
perform every task as per the goals and aims of the organisation. In recent time period, the
activities are needed for the purpose to perform in the social media platform in special manner.
In the COVID-19 situations, all these skills are highly essential. Thus, the learnings of
the operating social media platforms plays a very essential role in my career. In addition to that
meetings skills are considered to very important skills for the employees. With the help of these
skills, I could perform meetings with various clients of the company. With the proper
implementation of these skills in the career life, it will help me a lot in boosting my career in a
more quickly and easy manner. In addition to that, other skills plays a very important role for the
purpose to achieve more prosperity in my career life(North, 2020).

attended with the team members. With the help of these learning skills, some impacts are also
being discussed in this study. Moreover, the confidence level is also presented with the help of
proper evaluation. At last, some skills gaps are also identified which are very essential for the
career life. In addition to that, three action plan is basically prepared for the three skills and their
development which comprises of the reading skill, time management skill and also the
presentation skills.
