INTRODUCTION
Consultancy is the process of using expertise and knowledge in order to advice the client
with the particular areas of their expert understanding. The main consideration is to have the
most effective consultancy services which is related to the unbiased view to the third party. It
plays an significant role is offering the better services to their clients. It is the aspects which
emphasis on the overall working of the company. In addition to this, the main focus and the
objectivity is to have the unbiased practices which also ensures the particular subject. This also
have the proper working within the organisation so that they can not act as the barrier to provide
the best experience in an organisation so that they can rightly act in the their given job role. The
north-west London educational group Regent group is the venture which is completing based in
this report. The regency group is having the Regent Independent College, Regent College Higher
Education, Regent Learning Centre, Regent Skills Training, Wembley English Academy, Regent
Nursery, Burlington College, Regent Leadership and Acorn House College. This report will
cover the evaluation of skills and the creation of an action plan which is also responding to any
skills gaps in the skills evaluation. Also, it seek graduate level jobs which also gives in this
report.
MAIN BODY
TASK 1
After working in the team in order to solve the various issues by the clients. I an having
the certain set of skills that is helpful in getting the opportunities for future employment. This
respective projects also give the advice to the regent collage which is not beneficial foe my
personal development and in case of professional success in the occupation of my choice for
completing my education. There are certain skilled which can be developed by me in order to
access various solution for them that are explained as follows:
Teamwork skills: As the project must be done in an appropriate manner, effective team
working skills is the main core of their project. This also helps me in getting future advancement
such as team working skills. I have collaborated and maintained regular communication with the
members of the group in order to have complete my project in an appropriate manner. I generally
use to work alone and also having better results within the organisation so that I can rightly act in

the given job role. By this, I can able to work with different team members in order to ensure the
expertise and accuracy in their project.
Communication skills: It is the skills which also have the better results of this project
was the communication skills. I was unable to enhance both verbal and non-verbal skills in order
to complete the project. This is due to project required me to effectively communicate certain
ideas to my team members so that I can understand how to write the project with the help of new
ideas. This also helps me in enhancing my writing skills and also give the written documents by
which I can have the accurate information related to the problem faced by me and also having
the effective solution to my team was to be get new ideas. During the accomplishing of this
project, I am not having the certain skills which also hinder me foe getting the excellent
contribution to the team that are given below:
Time management skills: I am able to complete my work within the set time limited but
when it comes to group working, I have faced problem in time management as I am not bale to
coordinate projects tasks which is given to me and also hinder the overall working of other
members. I have develop my skills so that I can get better employment opportunities and also
ensure academic and professional goals in my life.
Problem solving skills: This is not the easy approach which hinder my operating aspects
and also the certain contribution to certain groups. I talk to my teammates so that I can have the
certain solutions. I need to develop this skill as problem solving skills is needed for developing
the best solution. It also helps me in academic and professional development.
In the beginning of this process, I was sure in my time management skills but after the
accomplishment I get to know that I am not good in time management in group working so I
need to improve it by which I enhance my skills.
I also communicate to the team members in professional and academic career which
helps me getting new ideas and also leads to eliminates the problems associated with the time
management, problem-solving skills. This also helps me in ensure the higher employment in the
reputed company in future.
