A business sustainability plan refers to something that an organisation develops to attain
goals that create societal, environmental and financial sustainability. An entrepreneurship is a

(Weaver, Mbacke and Gallagher, 2021). This report is based on business plan related to coffee
shop in London Fitzrovia neighborhood at 13 Charlotte. The main aim of open the coffee shop is
to make strong connection between people rather than their involvement via use of phone. This
report includes business plan that involves several aspects such as proposed future business,
competitors, skill analysis, customers, P&L account and sources of funding, tangible and
intangible resources, vision and types of organisation to get sustainable results in marketplace.

proposed a future business with the motive of connecting people by opening a coffee shop within
London Fitzrivia neighborhood 13 charlotte. To open a business it is very essential to focus on
products and services they offer to customers via their coffee shop and innovation in idea that
helps in attracting number of people towards it.

The product that entrepreneur sell at their coffee shop is ice yoghurt with a bubble tea all with a
touch of organic flavor. It is totally different from Frappuccino, cold brews, nitro cold etc. This

funds. It has some advantage and disadvantage such as if coffee connection get advantage
of taking bank loan that they feel secure because in this fixed interest is to be paid by
