Ethical considerations are very crucial for every research work to ensure that there is proper
addressing of all the specific ethical areas that can help in having proper implications of rules
and regulations. It supports the overall values that are required for a collaborative work that
includes fairness and mutual respect (Khaleel, Janjua. and Ahmed, 2021). Present report is based
on analysing the various ethical considerations that have to be considered in a research and the
way it can help in maximization of benefits.
Aim: The aim of research is to understand various factors that can determine the customer
buying behaviour in of real estate sector in United Kingdom.
Objectives: The objectives of research are:
1. Determination of factors that can influence the customer buying behaviour of customers in
real estate sector
2. Analysing and understanding the benefits of changing customer mind set
3. Analyse the different ways of accelerating purchasing diameters in the real estate sector.

organisations in UK. Further there has been adoption of qualitative methods to analyse secondary
form of collected data. Thematic analysis is used as a tool to evaluate the literature review points
as per laid objective of the research. Thematic analysis is very helpful to get valid outcomes in a
